Invesco NASDAQ 100 ETF (QQQM) reported $177.3 million in net inflows on Oct. 13, 2026. Every one of the 101 holdings covered by that transaction report increased, and none decreased. NVIDIA was the largest dollar purchase: 64,554 shares worth $14.8 million, lifting its reported portfolio weight to 8.32%.
What QQQM bought on Oct. 13
The transaction report, published by Yahoo Finance/GuruFocus News, describes an all-buy session in QQQM’s reported U.S.-listed stock holdings. It records increases in 101 positions and zero decreases. The report does not identify discretionary trades by an individual manager; the changes can reflect portfolio flows, index exposure, market movements and the fund’s operating mechanics.
| Holding | Shares added | Purchase value | Reported weight after the change |
|---|---|---|---|
| NVIDIA | 64,554 | $14.8 million | 8.32% |
| Apple | 39,092 | $13.3 million | 7.52% |
| Microsoft | 19,894 | $10.8 million | 6.10% |
| Micron | 8,352 | $8.0 million | 4.49% |
| Amazon | 28,884 | $7.5 million | 4.21% |
The five named additions together account for $54.4 million of reported purchases. The remaining increases were spread across the other holdings included in the report. Because the source reports dollar values and share counts for a specific date, the figures should be read as a dated snapshot rather than a permanent portfolio allocation.
Why NVIDIA was the largest purchase
NVIDIA led on both the number of shares added and the dollar value of the named purchases. Its $14.8 million increase was larger than Apple’s $13.3 million and Microsoft’s $10.8 million. The resulting 8.32% reported weight was also the highest among the five companies listed.

That leadership does not, by itself, prove that QQQM’s manager made a new long-term bet on NVIDIA. QQQM is designed to track the Nasdaq-100 Index, so additions can arise as the fund receives cash, maintains index exposure or adjusts positions to reflect the index and its weighting methodology. A one-day increase in an existing position is not evidence of a strategy change without a longer sequence of filings or holdings data.
Did QQQM buy or sell stocks?
For the U.S.-listed stocks covered by the Oct. 13 report, QQQM bought: all 101 reported holdings increased and none decreased. The report also cites $177.3 million in net inflows for the day. “Bought” here means the reported position rose; it does not necessarily mean the fund initiated a new position, and the report does not establish that all incoming cash was deployed only into the five largest names.

What QQQM is and how its portfolio is built
Invesco describes QQQM as an exchange-traded fund based on the Nasdaq-100 Index. The fund invests at least 90% of total assets in securities that comprise that index. Invesco says the index contains securities of 100 of the largest domestic and international nonfinancial companies listed on Nasdaq.

Those rules help explain why daily holdings changes should not be interpreted as a manager selecting stocks independently. QQQM can still have more reported positions than the index’s 100 companies because fund-level holdings data may include multiple share classes, cash or other instruments, and the count can vary by reporting date and scope.

Holdings count and expense ratio
Two different figures apply to the supplied data:
- 101 holdings increased: the number of positions whose exposure rose in the Oct. 13, 2026 transaction report covering U.S.-listed stocks.
- 102 holdings: Invesco’s official Q1 2026 portfolio snapshot.
Those numbers are not contradictory. They refer to different dates and reporting contexts. Invesco’s Q1 2026 page lists a 0.15% total expense ratio. An expense ratio is an annual fund operating-cost figure deducted from assets; it is not a one-time trading fee charged separately for the Oct. 13 purchases.
How to interpret the reported weights
A reported weight is the holding’s share of the fund at the stated snapshot. It can change even when the fund does not trade because stock prices, total fund assets and other positions move. The 8.32% NVIDIA figure therefore should not be treated as a current weight after Oct. 13, 2026, nor as a forecast of future performance.

When comparing this update with another QQQM holdings report, use the same date and reporting scope. Check the total dollars bought or sold, shares changed, resulting weight, positions increased or decreased, any newly initiated positions, the index rules in force and the expense-ratio disclosure. Mixing a daily U.S.-stock transaction report with a quarterly all-asset snapshot can create a misleading comparison.

What this update means for investors
- QQQM experienced net inflows of $177.3 million on Oct. 13, 2026, according to the transaction report.
- The reported activity was uniformly additive: 101 positions increased and none decreased.
- NVIDIA was the largest named dollar addition, followed closely by Apple and Microsoft.
- QQQM remains an index-based Nasdaq-100 ETF, not a portfolio built solely from the day’s largest purchases.
- Weights and holding counts can change after the reported date, so investors should check the latest Invesco holdings file before making decisions.
Past performance is not guaranteed, and the Oct. 13 purchases alone do not establish whether QQQM will outperform, underperform or change its long-term risk profile.
