The Click CPAC1111-C is a portable air conditioner rated at 3.2 kW (11,000 BTU), with cooling, dehumidifying and fan modes. Its May 2022 manual gives useful installation and operating details, but CHOICE now marks the model as discontinued. The published information available does not establish its test scores, a recommended room size, current stock or compatible replacement parts—so treat it as a specification and ownership guide, not a verified performance verdict.
What the CPAC1111-C specifications tell you
The GSM Retail Group instruction manual, dated May 2022, lists a 3.2 kW (11,000 BTU) rated cooling capacity. That rating was tested at 35°C dry-bulb and 24°C wet-bulb conditions; it is not, by itself, a reliable room-area recommendation. The manual advises matching room size to the unit’s capacity, but the sources available do not give a verified recommended room size.

The manual says specifications may change and directs users to treat the appliance nameplate as the main reference. The figures above describe published specifications, not independent measurements of performance.

What modes and controls does it offer?
The manual describes three modes: cooling, dehumidifying and fan. In cooling mode, the target temperature can be set from 16°C to 31°C. It lists a timer, sleep and swing functions, plus high and low fan speeds; the control panel and supplied remote control operate the described functions.

- Cooling: The exhaust hose must be installed. The manual gives an operating room-temperature range of 17–35°C.
- Dehumidifying: The manual gives an operating room-temperature range of 7–35°C.
- Fan: The exhaust hose is not required.
Those temperature ranges are operating conditions from the manual, not a guarantee of a particular cooling result in every room.
How installation works—and what to check before buying parts
The manual’s parts overview identifies an exhaust hose, window slider kit, window slider connector and remote control. CHOICE also lists a window kit and remote control among the supplied accessories. For cooling, the hose needs to be installed and vented through the window arrangement; fan mode does not require it.

- Check the model identity: Confirm the appliance label says CPAC1111-C and compare any replacement part’s compatibility with that exact model.
- Use the included window components: The manual describes a window slider kit and connector. Follow the model’s manual for fitting and positioning them rather than assuming a universal window-kit layout.
- Fit the exhaust hose for cooling: Cooling requires the hose; do not operate cooling without the exhaust arrangement described in the manual.
- Keep airflow clear: Leave the air inlets and outlets unobstructed, as the manual instructs.
- Get help lifting: The manual calls the appliance heavy and says two or more people should lift and install it.
The published sources do not confirm that generic hoses or window kits fit this model. Verify compatibility with the seller or service provider before purchasing a separate replacement.

The manual states: “This appliance is intended for indoor use only and not for commercial, industrial or outdoor use.” It also warns against exposure to rain or moisture and says not to open the cabinet; servicing should be handled by qualified personnel. Keep the air inlets and outlets unobstructed.

Is the Click CPAC1111-C still available?
CHOICE marks the CPAC1111-C as a discontinued model. Its page lists a price of $449, but that is a page listing—not a confirmed current offer or proof that stock is available. Check the exact model number and current availability with a seller before relying on an old listing.

Warranty and service information in the manual
The May 2022 manual states that warranty claims for purchases in Australia and New Zealand must be made within 12 months of purchase and names GSM Retail Group as the warranty provider. It directs Australian purchasers to take the appliance and proof of purchase to a Bunnings store. The manual lists 1300 373 199 for Australian technical queries and 0800 764 912 for New Zealand technical queries. These are the manual’s stated terms and contacts, not confirmation that the service process remains current; check current details before relying on them.
