Does the Zelda Switch 2 bundle include a game?

Where Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment fits
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment is a separate Nintendo Switch 2 game. Nintendo’s Zelda site identifies its release date as November 6, 2025. It is not listed as an included item in Nintendo UK’s package contents for the 40th Anniversary Edition. If you want that game, budget for a separate physical or digital purchase.
Compatible Legend of Zelda amiibo can provide in-game rewards in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment, but amiibo are optional accessories and are not listed as part of the console package. Their compatibility does not imply that an amiibo figure, card or reward entitlement is included.

Nintendo’s official wording does not specify additional Zelda graphics on the dock, Joy-Con 2 controllers, grip, straps, adapter or HDMI cable. Product photographs can make a component appear themed, but the written package description is the reliable reference for what Nintendo promises.
