Clockify’s Free plan costs $0 and supports up to five users total. It includes unlimited time tracking and core tools for timers, timesheets, calendars, projects, apps, integrations, and reports. The main boundaries to know are a one-month report data range, PDF-only report export and sharing, 30 API requests per hour, and up to three webhooks.

How many people can use the Free plan?
The pricing page lists Free for up to five users. Clockify’s FAQ describes the allowance as inviting up to four people for free, so the safest interpretation is five users total, including the account owner—not five invited teammates in addition to the owner. Check the current plan wording before adding your team.

Is Clockify Free enough for your team?
Free can suit an individual or a small team that fits within five total users and can work with one month of report data, PDF-only sharing, and the listed API and webhook quotas. Before choosing it, check the constraints most likely to affect your workflow:
- Team size: Keep the total at five users or fewer.
- Reporting: Confirm that a one-month data range and PDF output meet your needs.
- Administration: If you need controls such as required fields, bulk edits, or adding time for other users, review paid-plan availability.
- Integrations: Check whether 30 API requests per hour and up to three webhooks are sufficient for your setup.
