- A reservation date and dinner time, with listed times running from 17:30 to 22:00.
- Seating selected from icon cards and an occasion choice.

The confirmation is styled like a ticket and displays a reference number alongside the chosen date, time, guest count, and seating. This describes the template’s interface; it is not evidence that a real reservation has been accepted.

Do the availability rules reflect a real restaurant?
The template description says available times are generated for the selected date, fully booked times are disabled, Mondays are closed, and reservations are limited to a 60-day window. Those are stated front-end rules, not verified restaurant hours, inventory, or live availability. A restaurant would need to connect the form to its own scheduling and reservation data before guests could rely on those states.

Does V08 connect to a booking system?
The available Colorlib page description does not establish whether the form saves submissions, sends them to restaurant staff, or integrates with a live booking backend. Treat the ticket and reference number as demonstration behavior unless the downloaded code and the restaurant’s server-side setup confirm otherwise. A visual confirmation alone cannot prove that staff received or accepted a request.
Technology and Bootstrap compatibility
Colorlib describes the template as plain HTML and CSS with a few lines of vanilla JavaScript, without jQuery, Bootstrap files, or plugins. The publisher says it can run standalone or be placed in projects using Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6.
