- People who have already received a refund may be excluded under the applicable terms.
- Subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play do not use the standard website guarantee. The relevant store handles those refunds.

Also note the exact time zone used for the deadline. A reminder set for midnight in your local time may be too late if the provider calculates seven days from the original transaction timestamp. Save the confirmation email, order number and screenshots in one folder so support can locate the transaction if a dispute arises.
