The iQOO 15R has the larger listed display at 6.59 inches, compared with 6.31 inches on the X300. The comparison listing gives the iQOO a 130Hz rate in normal scenes. Camera hardware: X300 adds a dedicated telephoto
The X300’s listed rear setup includes a stabilized 200MP main camera, an autofocus ultrawide and a stabilized 3x optical telephoto. The iQOO 15R listing gives a 50MP Sony main camera and an 8MP ultrawide, with no dedicated telephoto listed. That gives the X300 more stated focal-length flexibility, especially for optical zoom. It does not establish better real-world photos: no independent camera tests were available for this comparison.
Battery capacity and charging
On paper, the iQOO 15R leads in both listed figures: its typical capacity is 7600mAh and its wired charging rating is 100W, versus 6040mAh typical and 90W FlashCharge for the X300. These are manufacturer specifications, not measured battery endurance or charge-time results, so they cannot tell you exactly how long either phone lasts or takes to charge in your use.
Processor and configurations
The X300 is listed with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500, while the iQOO 15R uses a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. Chip names by themselves do not show which phone performs better in gaming, sustained workloads, thermals or everyday use; there are no independent comparative benchmarks in the cited material.
