The vivo X200T costs less in the India price snapshot, while the X300 FE is the smaller-screen option and has a newer stated software-support commitment. The displayed prices are ₹59,999 for the X200T 12GB+256GB, ₹84,999 for the X300 FE 8GB+256GB, and ₹89,999 for the X300 FE 12GB+256GB. That puts the X300 FE ₹25,000 or ₹30,000 higher, respectively, but the first comparison also has less RAM on the X300 FE. Prices and offers can change; verify the live listing and variant before buying.
Price difference: compare the same storage, and note the RAM mismatch
These are India-market prices displayed by vivo’s official e-store in the cited snapshot, not guaranteed current prices. The X200T listing is for 12GB+256GB; the X300 FE’s lower-priced listing has 8GB RAM, while its 12GB option costs more.

Which phone makes more sense for you?
Choose the X300 FE if a compact screen is the priority
At 6.31 inches, the X300 FE has the smaller display; the X200T’s screen measures 6.67 inches. That difference is the clearest practical distinction for people choosing between a more compact phone and a larger-screen handset. The X300 FE pairs its smaller form factor with a 6500mAh typical battery, 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
Choose the X200T if you want the lower displayed price and larger display
The X200T’s 12GB+256GB listing is ₹59,999 in the price snapshot, below both listed X300 FE 256GB configurations. It also has the larger screen and three 50MP rear cameras as specified by vivo. The X300 FE’s lower-priced 256GB version has 8GB RAM, so compare that configuration with the X200T only if the RAM difference suits your needs.
Do not read chip names or megapixels as a winner
The phones use different 3nm processors, but the cited material does not provide a controlled, independent head-to-head performance test. vivo reports an AnTuTu result for an X200T 12GB+512GB test device and notes that results vary by memory version and test environment; it is not a direct comparison against the X300 FE. Likewise, the listed camera resolutions do not establish which phone takes better photos. vivo’s X200T specification page.
Camera hardware and the optional X300 FE telephoto extender
The X200T lists a 50MP main, 50MP super telephoto and 50MP ultra-wide rear camera. The X300 FE lists a 50MP main, 50MP telephoto and 8MP wide-angle camera; vivo’s feature page also highlights a periscope telephoto and an optional extender. Those specifications describe different camera setups, not a verified image-quality ranking.
The ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is a separate accessory, not part of the phone’s stated price. vivo gave it a ₹15,999 launch price and says it is compatible only with the X300 FE; current availability and price may differ. vivo lists the X300 FE at 6500mAh typical capacity and the X200T at 6200mAh typical, 6060mAh rated. Both support 90W wired and 40W wireless charging according to the cited vivo pages. Capacity figures alone do not establish which lasts longer in everyday use.
Water resistance
Both are listed with IP68 and IP69 ratings. vivo says the X200T rating was tested in controlled laboratory conditions and may diminish through daily use. A rating is not a reason to deliberately expose either phone to water.

vivo lists Android 16 and OriginOS 6 for the X300 FE; the X200T launch page identifies OriginOS 6. vivo’s August 2026 X300 FE release states five years of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates. The cited X200T material does not state an equivalent duration, so it does not establish whether its support period is the same or different. What is included with the X300 FE?
vivo’s X300 FE specification page lists a phone case, an applied protective film and a USB power adapter in the package.
