vivo X300 FE: India store listing
vivo India’s store showed ₹94,999 for a selected X300 FE with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage when accessed on October 7, 2026. The same listing showed an MRP of ₹119,999. This is a dated storefront example, not a guaranteed current checkout price; offers and availability can change.
iPhone 18 Pro: U.S. launch price
Apple announced a U.S. starting price of $1,199 for the iPhone 18 Pro on September 9, 2026. That is a launch-price reference, not a promise of current retailer pricing.

The figures are in different currencies, refer to different countries and describe different price contexts. They do not establish whether one phone is cheaper in a particular buyer’s market. For a meaningful local comparison, check the same country, storage capacity, tax treatment and current checkout price for both models.
Display, size and handling
The listed display diagonals are close: 6.31 inches for the X300 FE and 6.3 inches for the iPhone 18 Pro. vivo lists a 2640 × 1216 AMOLED panel, while Apple lists a 2622 × 1206 OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. Those specifications describe different panel and feature details; they do not by themselves establish which screen looks better in use.
On the listed body figures, the X300 FE is 20 g lighter and 0.76 mm thinner than the iPhone 18 Pro. That may matter if a lighter or slimmer phone is a priority, although in-hand comfort also depends on shape, materials and how a person holds the device.
Camera systems: 3× versus 4× telephoto
What the listed lenses are designed to cover
The X300 FE combines a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP 3× optical telephoto camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide. The iPhone 18 Pro lists a 48 MP variable-aperture main camera, a 48 MP ultra-wide and a 48 MP 4× telephoto camera; it also offers a 2× optical-quality telephoto option from the main camera.
In practical focal-length terms, the vivo’s stated 3× optical telephoto and Apple’s 4× telephoto represent different native reach, while Apple’s additional 2× option gives it another listed framing choice. Resolution figures alone are not a reliable photo-quality ranking: image processing, sensor behavior, stabilization and shooting conditions also affect results. Optional telephoto extender for vivo
vivo says its ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is compatible with the X300 FE, is sold separately and provides 200 mm equivalent reach. It is an optional accessory for people who want greater reach, not a built-in camera specification.

Battery and charging claims use different measures
vivo lists the X300 FE battery at 6,500 mAh typical capacity and 6,350 mAh rated capacity, and says it supports up to 90 W FlashCharge when used with vivo’s standard charger. Apple describes the eSIM-only iPhone 18 Pro as offering up to 36 hours of video playback and says it can reach about 50% charge in around 15 minutes under its stated conditions.

Apple’s playback figure is a manufacturer claim, not an independent test, and the available specifications do not establish an exact-model, real-world battery comparison.
Processors, software and support
Processor names are not benchmark results
The X300 FE lists Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, while the iPhone 18 Pro lists Apple’s A20 Pro. The available specifications confirm the chip names but do not provide comparable benchmark results, so they are not enough to declare one phone faster for everyday use, gaming or sustained workloads.
Software and stated update coverage
vivo’s India listing identifies OriginOS 6. vivo Europe states that the X300 FE can receive up to five years of OS upgrades and seven years of security maintenance. Apple’s reviewed pages identify iOS 27 and Siri AI availability but do not give an equivalent guaranteed support-duration statement. The stated vivo maximum and the Apple information therefore should not be read as a like-for-like support comparison.
Which phone fits your priorities?
- Choose the X300 FE as the better fit to investigate if you value a lighter listed weight, a dedicated 3× optical telephoto camera, a high-capacity battery specification or vivo’s stated regional update coverage. Confirm that the India configuration and price are relevant to your market.
- Choose the iPhone 18 Pro as the better fit to investigate if you want Apple’s listed 4× telephoto plus 2× optical-quality option, an OLED display specified at up to 120 Hz, or Apple’s stated video-playback and charging figures. Those battery figures are manufacturer claims, not independent comparative results.
- Decide locally on price by comparing the same storage tier in your country at current checkout prices. The India vivo listing and U.S. Apple launch price are reference points, not a universal price difference.
Apple characterized the iPhone 18 Pro in its September 9, 2026 announcement as having “the most advanced camera Apple has ever made” and delivering “massive leaps in battery life and performance.” That is Apple’s promotional description, not an independent comparison with the X300 FE.
