The POCO X8 Power 5G costs less and prioritizes a much larger battery and display; the vivo X200T costs more but has a higher-tier chipset on paper, three 50MP rear cameras including a telephoto, and wireless charging. In 91mobiles’ India comparison, checked in October 2026, the vivo is listed at ₹59,999 and the POCO at ₹35,999—a calculated ₹24,000 gap. Those are listed prices, not guaranteed checkout prices, and offers, stock, and variant can change the amount you pay.
Price difference in India
At the listed prices reported by 91mobiles’ comparison, the vivo X200T is ₹24,000 more expensive than the POCO X8 Power 5G. That calculation compares ₹59,999 with ₹35,999; it is not a separate published price statistic.
Price basis matters. vivo’s India launch announcement set the X200T at ₹59,999 for 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, and ₹69,999 for 12GB and 512GB. During the October 2026 check, vivo’s official store showed the 12GB+256GB model unavailable with an MRP of ₹79,999. These figures reflect different price contexts, not a guaranteed current selling price. Check the seller, stock, exact storage variant, and checkout total before buying.
The POCO’s ₹35,999 figure is its reported launch and comparison price. Gadgets 360’s launch coverage also reported an effective ₹32,999 price after a ₹2,000 coupon and either a ₹1,000 bank offer or exchange bonus. That was conditional on the offer and eligibility; do not assume it is still available or applies to every buyer.

What the spec differences mean
Performance: vivo has the higher-tier chip on paper
The Dimensity 9400+ is positioned above the Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 by the listed chip specifications and manufacturing process. That makes the vivo the more plausible choice if chipset class is your priority, but clock speeds and process size alone do not establish real-world gaming performance, sustained speed, or thermal behavior. No controlled head-to-head test is established by the cited sources.

Camera hardware: vivo adds a telephoto camera
Both phones have a 50MP main camera and a 32MP front camera. The vivo adds a 50MP telephoto and a 50MP ultra-wide; the POCO launch report lists an 8MP ultra-wide alongside its 50MP main camera. The extra telephoto gives the vivo a more versatile stated rear-camera configuration, but specifications do not prove which phone takes better photos. Image quality depends on processing and shooting conditions, and the cited sources do not provide a controlled comparison.

Battery and charging: POCO has more capacity; vivo supports wireless charging
The POCO’s stated 10,000mAh battery is substantially larger than the vivo’s 6,200mAh typical capacity. Capacity is not a runtime result: screen use, signal strength, software, and other factors affect endurance, and the available figures do not establish a comparable battery test. The vivo supports 40W wireless charging as well as 90W wired charging; the POCO’s reported 100W charging and 27W reverse charging are wired.

Display and portability: larger POCO, lighter vivo
The POCO gives you a 6.83-inch panel, compared with 6.67 inches on the vivo. Its stated resolution is 1280 × 2772, while vivo lists 2800 × 1260. The vivo is also lighter: 203g or 205g depending on color, against the POCO’s 229g. Choose based on whether you prefer a larger viewing area or a lighter phone in hand; the dimensions alone do not establish display quality.
Software support: POCO has a reported duration
Both phones are reported with Android 16-based software: OriginOS 6 on vivo and HyperOS 3 on POCO. Gadgets 360’s POCO launch coverage reports four OS upgrades and six years of security patches. The vivo product specification page reviewed identifies its software but does not state an update duration, so the available evidence does not support a like-for-like support-length comparison.

Which phone should you choose?
Choose the vivo X200T if
- You want the higher-tier chipset specification and are willing to pay more for it.
- A dedicated telephoto camera matters to your shooting choices.
- You value wireless charging or a lighter body more than maximum battery capacity.
- You prefer the smaller of these two displays and vivo’s 256GB or 512GB storage options.
Choose the POCO X8 Power 5G if
- Your priority is a much larger stated battery capacity rather than a proven runtime advantage.
- You want the larger display and the lower listed price.
- Wired reverse charging is useful to you.
- The reported four OS upgrades and six years of security patches are important, subject to confirming the commitment and applicable terms with the seller or manufacturer.

- Match the exact RAM and storage configuration: the vivo has 256GB and 512GB options, while POCO launch coverage reports up to 256GB storage.
