Which phone has the bigger screen?

How do the cameras differ?
The listed rear-camera hardware gives the X100 a higher-resolution ultrawide and telephoto sensor: 50MP ultrawide and 64MP 3x telephoto, versus the X200 FE’s 8MP ultrawide and 50MP 3x periscope telephoto. Both list a 50MP main camera. These megapixel counts and lens descriptions do not establish which phone takes better photographs; no independent comparative camera test is reflected in these specifications.
Which has the larger battery, and which charges faster?
The X200 FE lists a larger typical battery at 6500mAh, with a rated minimum of 6340mAh. The X100 lists a 5000mAh typical battery. For maximum listed charging power, the X100 leads at 120W FlashCharge versus 90W on the X200 FE. Capacity and wattage alone do not establish real-world battery life or charging time.
What do the processor, storage and software listings tell you?
The X100 lists a MediaTek Dimensity 9300, while the X200 FE lists a Dimensity 9300+. Their storage listings differ too: UFS 4.0 for the X100 and UFS 3.1 for the X200 FE. These are specification differences, not a controlled performance comparison; they do not by themselves show which phone will feel faster in everyday use.

The X100 is listed as IP68, while the X200 FE is listed as IP68 and IP69. The X200 FE therefore has the additional manufacturer-listed rating. An IP rating is not a promise that a phone is damage-proof; follow vivo’s usage and care guidance rather than treating either model as immune to water or dust damage.
Which one should you choose?
- Choose the X100 if you prefer a larger 6.78-inch display, want the higher listed charging power, or value its higher-resolution ultrawide and 3x telephoto specifications.
- Choose the X200 FE if you want the smaller 6.31-inch display, a larger listed typical battery, the additional IP69 rating, or the lower price shown in the matched India shop listings.
