The vivo V60 is the better fit if you want a dedicated telephoto camera, a slightly larger display or the larger stated battery in its India configuration. The Motorola Edge 70 is thinner and lighter in its US listing, has a higher-resolution screen there, and adds wireless charging. Their specifications vary by market, so compare local phone variants and checkout prices rather than treating either as a universal winner.
vivo V60 vs Motorola Edge 70 specifications
This comparison uses vivo’s India V60 specification and Motorola’s US Edge 70 specification unless a different Motorola market is identified. Motorola’s listed memory, storage and battery differ between the US and Australia, and the available evidence does not establish every India Edge 70 configuration.

Choose the V60 for a dedicated telephoto camera
The India V60 specification includes a 50 MP ZEISS telephoto camera alongside its 50 MP main camera and 8 MP ultrawide. That gives it a distinct camera role for portraits or framing subjects at a distance. A megapixel count alone does not establish image quality, and the specification does not establish how the two phones compare in real-world image processing.

Choose the Edge 70 for ultrawide and macro flexibility
Motorola’s US listing describes a 50 MP ultrawide camera with autofocus and macro capability, in addition to its 50 MP main camera. It does not list a dedicated telephoto camera. If you often photograph broad scenes or close-up details, that configuration may suit your use better; if optical telephoto framing matters more, the V60 has the clearer hardware fit.
For video, vivo says the India V60 supports 4K capture on front and rear cameras. Motorola’s US specification lists front video capture up to 4K at 30 frames per second. Which display is better?
The V60 has the larger listed screen at 6.77 inches, while the US Edge 70 screen is 6.67 inches. Motorola lists more pixels—2712 × 1220 versus vivo’s 2392 × 1080—so the Edge 70 has the higher specified resolution in this market-specific comparison. Battery capacity and charging differences
vivo lists the India V60 battery as 6500 mAh typical capacity and 6330 mAh rated capacity, with support for up to 90 W wired charging. Motorola lists 4800 mAh and 68 W wired charging for the US Edge 70, plus 15 W wireless charging. Its Australia specification instead lists a 5000 mAh battery. These are manufacturer specifications, not results from a controlled battery-life comparison; capacity alone cannot establish which phone lasts longer in everyday use. Which phone is thinner and lighter?
Motorola lists the US Edge 70 at 159 g and 5.99 mm thick. The V60 India page lists weights from 192 to 201 g depending on color and a larger 6.77-inch screen. The listed figures make the Edge 70 the slimmer, lighter option in this comparison; the exact V60 weight depends on the selected color. Motorola’s Australian dimensions differ slightly from its US dimensions, another reason to check the local SKU. Both manufacturers list water and dust protection claims, but IP ratings and Motorola’s MIL-STD 810H listing are not guarantees against damage in every use condition. What is the price difference in India?
The captured listings do not establish a dependable current price gap. On October 7, 2026, 91mobiles showed the V60 at ₹41,999 marked out of stock and the Edge 70 at ₹32,999 via Amazon. Motorola India search-result listings captured for the same comparison showed Edge 70 prices of ₹29,999 and ₹32,999. These are volatile listing signals rather than confirmed checkout prices, and the V60 listing was unavailable. Check both sellers on the same day for the same RAM/storage configuration, stock status, seller and whether promotions are applied before deciding on price.
