The vivo T4R has the better-documented spec sheet: it lists 44 W charging, a 32 MP front camera, and IP68/IP69 ratings. Nothing’s India pages confirm a 6000 mAh battery, a 50 MP main camera with 4K video, Nothing OS with Essential AI tools, and an 8 GB + 128 GB configuration. The available evidence does not establish a reliable overall winner or current price gap, so compare the exact variants and checkout prices before choosing.
vivo T4R vs Nothing Phone (4b): key specifications
The official vivo India specification page provides a fuller set of comparable details than Nothing’s surfaced India product pages. Battery capacity is not the same as battery life
Nothing states a higher India-model capacity: 6000 mAh versus the T4R’s 5700 mAh typical capacity. Capacity alone cannot establish which phone lasts longer in ordinary use; screen settings, software, network conditions, and workload also affect endurance. vivo separately lists a 5570 mAh rated capacity, so its typical and rated figures should not be conflated.

Charging favors the T4R on the confirmed specifications
vivo lists 44 W charging for the T4R. The surfaced official Nothing pages do not state Phone (4b) charging wattage, so the evidence supports no wattage comparison. Check Nothing’s current product documentation and the included or compatible charger details before buying if charge speed is decisive.
Camera resolution does not settle camera quality
The T4R’s official page lists a 50 MP Sony OIS main camera and a 32 MP front camera. Nothing confirms a 50 MP main camera and 4K video, but the surfaced page does not establish a comparable front-camera specification. Megapixel counts and video-resolution labels do not by themselves prove which phone takes better photos or video; that requires comparable testing.

Durability claims need their testing caveat
vivo lists IP68 and IP69 for the T4R and describes testing in controlled laboratory conditions. Those ratings are not an unconditional guarantee against water or dust damage in every situation. The surfaced official Nothing pages do not establish a comparable ingress rating, so do not infer that the Phone (4b) has a particular rating—or lacks protection—on this evidence alone.
Performance and display are not a complete head-to-head
vivo identifies the T4R’s Dimensity 7400 processor and specifies its 6.77-inch, 120 Hz AMOLED display. Nothing’s surfaced official pages do not provide enough corresponding detail for a sourced processor or display verdict. vivo also reports an AnTuTu score of 750,072, but this is a manufacturer-reported marketing figure, not an independent test or a guarantee of an individual buyer’s performance.

Price difference: verify the live offer before comparing
A 91mobiles comparison result showed ₹31,670 as an Amazon price for the Phone (4b) in one crawl and listed the T4R as unavailable in the stores it checked. Other crawls showed a different Phone (4b) price. This is a volatile secondary-source observation, not a live offer, a confirmed retailer price, or evidence of a dependable price difference. Check the 91mobiles comparison page only as a lead, then verify the seller’s current listing.
For a fair comparison in India, check both phones at the same time and compare:

- The same RAM and storage configuration where available; a 12 GB + 256 GB T4R is not directly comparable in price to an 8 GB + 128 GB Phone (4b).
- The seller, stock status, exact India variant, and manufacturer warranty or region.
- The full checkout price, separating listed price from bank discounts, exchange value, and other conditional offers.
An exchange estimate or bank offer may change what a particular buyer pays, but it should not be presented as the phones’ general price difference.

Consider the vivo T4R if these confirmed features matter most
- You want documented 44 W charging.
- A listed 32 MP front camera is a priority.
- You value the T4R’s stated IP68/IP69 ratings, with their controlled-test caveat.

Consider the Nothing Phone (4b) if these confirmed details matter most

- The stated 6000 mAh India-model battery capacity is important to your shortlist.

What is not established by the available official pages
Nothing’s surfaced official India pages do not expose a full specification sheet for a direct comparison across display, processor, front camera, ingress protection, wireless connectivity, or charging wattage. They also do not establish a comparable software-update support duration. Avoid treating third-party figures as manufacturer-confirmed without checking the current official listing. vivo’s extended RAM is a software feature, not additional physical RAM, and its storage expansion is listed as unsupported.
