The vivo T3 Ultra is the larger, much less expensive choice in Vivo India’s store listings reviewed on October 7, 2026. The vivo X300 FE costs substantially more, but offers a smaller 6.31-inch display, a listed 3x optical telephoto camera, wireless charging and a different processor platform. At the same 256GB storage tier, the listed price gap ranges from ₹47,000 to ₹50,000 depending on RAM configuration.
These are India-market specifications and store prices, not global pricing. The official listings describe hardware, but do not establish which phone takes better photos, lasts longer on a charge or performs better under sustained real-world use.

Vivo India’s official store listings reviewed on October 7, 2026 showed the X300 FE priced ₹47,000 more than the T3 Ultra for the 8GB+256GB configuration, and ₹50,000 more for 12GB+256GB. These are listed store prices on that date, not guaranteed checkout totals; offers, stock and variants can change.

The T3 Ultra listing also showed ₹35,999 for 8GB+128GB. The X300 FE store listing showed ₹89,999 for 12GB+256GB; its product page displayed an MRP of ₹119,999 alongside that selling price. The MRP is not the ordinary listed selling price used in the comparison above. Some T3 Ultra variants were marked unavailable in selections even while prices appeared. Check the chosen variant, availability and final total directly with the Vivo India T3 Ultra store listing and Vivo India X300 FE store listing before purchase.
Which is better, vivo T3 Ultra or X300 FE?
“Better” depends on what matters to you. The price gap is substantial, while the X300 FE’s clearest listed hardware distinctions are its compact form, dedicated telephoto camera and wireless charging. Consider the same RAM and storage tier, screen size, camera flexibility, charging options and the software version shown for your region rather than treating a higher price or newer chipset name as proof of an overall winner.
Choose the vivo T3 Ultra if you want a larger screen for less
- Its 6.78-inch display is 0.47 inches larger diagonally than the X300 FE’s.
- At the listed 256GB tiers, it costs substantially less in the dated Vivo India store snapshot.
- It lists 80W wired charging and a 50MP OIS main camera with an 8MP ultrawide.
Choose the vivo X300 FE if compact size and camera reach matter
- Its 6.31-inch display makes it the smaller-screen option.
- It adds a 50MP OIS telephoto camera with listed 3x optical zoom; the T3 Ultra’s listed rear setup is main plus ultrawide.
- It lists 40W wireless charging, 90W wired charging and higher typical battery capacity.
- It uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 platform rather than the T3 Ultra’s Dimensity 9200+.
What the specifications do—and do not—tell you
Camera
The X300 FE has more listed rear-camera options because it includes a dedicated telephoto camera. That establishes added optical-zoom versatility on paper, not better overall photo quality. Megapixel counts and sensor names alone do not show how the phones compare in daylight, low light, video, processing or portrait shots.

Battery and charging
The X300 FE lists 6500mAh typical capacity, compared with 5500mAh typical for the T3 Ultra. The X300 FE parameter page also gives a 6350mAh rated minimum. Capacity figures do not establish screen-on time or real-world runtime, which depend on usage and testing conditions. The X300 FE is the only one of these two with wireless charging listed.
Performance
The processors are different, but Vivo’s specification and store pages provide no same-condition benchmark results or sustained-use measurements. The chipset names alone cannot establish which phone is faster for a particular game, app or workload.
Durability and software
Vivo lists IP68 for the T3 Ultra and IP68/IP69 for the X300 FE parameter page. These ratings do not establish liquid-damage warranty coverage. The pages show Funtouch OS 14 for the T3 Ultra and OriginOS 6 with Android 16 for the X300 FE; software availability and experience can depend on market and updates.
