Yes. Valor Mortis is scheduled to join Xbox Game Pass on day one, October 13, 2026. Xbox lists Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass for access; its announcement names Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC as platforms. This is an announced launch inclusion, not a guarantee that the game will remain in the catalog indefinitely.
When does Valor Mortis come to Game Pass?
Xbox’s October 7, 2026 announcement gives October 13, 2026 as the day-one Game Pass availability date. The publisher’s September 30 update confirms that date. An earlier publisher announcement had listed September 24, 2026, but that planned date was superseded by the later October 13 announcement. Xbox Wire’s October 7 announcement and the publisher’s September 30 update provide the current announced date.
Which Game Pass tier includes Valor Mortis?
Xbox names two tiers: Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. The announcement does not say that every Game Pass tier includes the game, so do not assume another tier provides access. Check the current catalog and your region’s plan details around launch, since availability can change.
Where can you play it through Game Pass?
Xbox lists Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC. Its store listing identifies Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Handheld support, and notes Xbox Play Anywhere. The Xbox Store listing also describes the game as single-player and lists Xbox Series X|S optimization, 4K Ultra HD, HDR10, achievements, and cloud saves.

The publisher separately lists PS5, Xbox Series S|X, and Steam as launch platforms. The cited Game Pass announcement does not identify PS5 as a Game Pass platform, so its inclusion should not be inferred from the PS5 launch listing. The publisher’s platform and release announcement covers those launch platforms.
What kind of game is Valor Mortis?
Valor Mortis is a first-person action soulslike set in an alternate-history Europe during the Napoleonic era. Examples include Fire, Shield, and Grapple, which are described as tools for buffing the player, affecting enemies, or traversing the environment. Catalysts improve stats, while Ambers let players personalize builds. These are publisher descriptions of the game’s systems, not independent gameplay findings.
