URBN has launched the Bloq MagTag, a 10,000mAh magnetic wireless power bank, in India for Rs 2,499. The product combines up to 15W Qi2 wireless charging with 20W USB-C output in a 200-gram body, and is intended for phones and other USB-powered devices. URBN’s catalogue calls the corresponding model the “10,000mAh Slate Qi2 MagTag Power Bank,” so buyers should confirm the exact name and colour on the listing they use.
What the URBN Bloq MagTag offers
The Bloq MagTag is a lithium-polymer power bank with a magnetic charging surface for compatible phones. Its wireless output can operate at 5W, 7.5W, 10W or 15W under the Qi2 standard. A USB-C connection provides up to 20W wired charging, making a cable the faster option for devices that do not support Qi2.
URBN lists support for smartphones, tablets, headphones, smartwatches and speakers across Android and iOS. Qi2 magnetic alignment and compatibility
Phones and cases
The magnetic function is designed for Qi2-compatible phones and cases. A non-magnetic phone may still charge wirelessly when positioned correctly, but it will not receive the alignment benefit. Thick, metal or poorly aligned cases can reduce charging performance or prevent the connection. The box includes a MagTag ring, which can add magnetic alignment to a suitable phone or case; check the ring’s fit and adhesive instructions before attaching it.
Other devices
Devices without wireless charging can use the USB-C output. URBN lists Android and iOS devices as well as tablets, earbuds, watches and speakers, but the maximum rate is determined by each device’s supported charging protocol.

Size, design and travel details
The 16.50mm-thick, soft-matte unit is compact for a 10,000mAh model but weighs 200g, so it adds noticeable bulk to a phone. URBN describes the design as flight-safe for hand luggage. Airline rules can change and may require spare lithium batteries to remain in cabin baggage, so check the carrier’s current policy before flying.

For a compatible Qi2 phone, the highest listed wireless rate is 15W. Wired USB-C charging reaches 20W when the phone and cable support the necessary protocol. URBN says the power bank itself takes approximately 5–6 hours to recharge with a 10W input or 2–3 hours with an 18W input. Those are quoted manufacturer times, not independently measured results.

URBN also claims that the Slate model can charge a compatible iPhone to 50 per cent in approximately 45 minutes and can charge an iPhone 17 Pro Max about 1.5 times. Those statements apply to URBN’s stated conditions and that specific phone; they should not be treated as a universal charge count for every handset.
