UGREEN’s US pages currently show either $200 against $249.99 or $249.99, while €189.99 appears on the German store. Check the live US listing, currency and seller before treating $189.99 as a US deal.
What the UGREEN 500W charger is
UGREEN identifies this model as the Nexode 500W 6-Port Desktop Charger, SKU 55549 on its US product page. It is a desktop GaN charging station intended to replace several laptop and device adapters at one desk. The company announced it on June 16, 2025, describing concurrent charging for six devices.
The hardware has five USB-C outputs and one USB-A output, with a manufacturer-rated maximum total output of 500W. Its listed input is 100–240V~, 50/60Hz, 7A maximum. UGREEN lists dimensions of 146 × 114.6 × 60.6 mm and a weight of 2,207g, so this is a substantial desk unit rather than a travel charger.

Port limits and real-world power sharing
The per-port figures are maximum ratings, not a promise that every connector can deliver its maximum at the same time. The 240W USB-C1 rating plus four 100W USB-C ratings and a 20W USB-A rating would exceed the station’s 500W ceiling if all ports were fully loaded.

UGREEN’s Singapore product material gives one illustration: USB-C1 supplies 240W while USB-C2 through C5 supply 60W each for five laptops. That allocation totals 480W and is a manufacturer example, not an independent test or a guarantee that every laptop will negotiate those exact levels.
Actual draw depends on the device, cable, charging protocol and the station’s power-management rules. A laptop that accepts only 65W will not consume 100W simply because it is plugged into a 100W port.

Can it charge several laptops at once?
Yes, the port count and stated output are designed for multiple computers, provided their combined demand stays within the station’s allocation. The five-laptop example demonstrates UGREEN’s intended use, but buyers should check each computer’s required wattage and USB-C charging support. High-performance laptops may still need their original power supplies for peak workloads if their USB-C input is limited or if they require a proprietary connector.
USB-C1 is the logical choice for the highest-power notebook. Put lower-demand laptops, tablets and phones on the remaining USB-C ports, and reserve USB-A for legacy accessories. When several devices are connected, expect power to be divided rather than every port operating at its individual headline maximum.

What is included—and what is not
The US listing says the box contains the charger station and a 2m AC adapter charging cable. That is the cable from the wall power supply to the station, not a complete set of device charging leads.
UGREEN’s Singapore material specifically notes that a USB-C-to-MagSafe 3 cable for its cited MacBook Pro setup is not included. Depending on your equipment, you may need a USB-C cable rated for the power you intend to draw, or a USB-C-to-MagSafe 3 cable for a compatible MacBook. Confirm connector type, wattage rating and charging protocol before buying an accessory.

Is the charger really $189.99?
The headline price is not established as a current US-dollar offer by the official pages checked. UGREEN’s US variant listing shows $249.99, while another official US page displays $200 alongside $249.99. UGREEN Germany shows €189.99 against €269.99. Euros on the German store cannot be converted into proof of a $189.99 US promotion.
