Twamev Construction and Infrastructure’s Q2 FY2026 refers to the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The available figures do not support describing that quarter as having ₹0.50 EPS or a 20.5% year-over-year revenue decline: ₹0.50 is the audited FY2026 full-year EPS, while a secondary extract puts Q2 consolidated revenue down about 11.3% year over year. A roughly 5% share-price fall is not verified by a dated trading record, and the available evidence does not establish a cash-flow result.

Which reporting period does “Q2 FY2026” mean?

For Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited (NSE symbol TICL; ISIN INE388G01026), Q2 FY2026 is the three months ended September 30, 2025. The company’s financials index lists both standalone and consolidated Q2 statements. An exchange-hosted notice said the board was scheduled to consider unaudited quarterly results on November 12, 2025. Company financials index and Q2 board notice.

The audited filing available on the National Stock Exchange is a different report: consolidated Q4 and full-year results for the year ended March 31, 2026. It should not be used as if it were the Q2 statement. NSE integrated filing for FY2026.

What the available Q2 revenue figures show

An NSE-archive search extract of a newspaper publication reports Q2 FY2026 consolidated total revenue from operations of ₹6,828.63 lakh, compared with ₹7,702.33 lakh in Q2 FY2025. That is a year-over-year decrease of about 11.3%, calculated from the displayed amounts—not 20.5%. The same extract gives half-year revenue of ₹13,494.15 lakh for the six months through September 2025, versus ₹15,101.18 lakh for the comparable prior-year period. Those are half-year, not quarter, figures. NSE-archive newspaper-publication extract.

The Q2 company statement PDFs were listed on the financials page, but the links did not load in the available record. The quarterly amounts above therefore come from an extracted secondary publication rather than a reviewed complete Q2 filing; treat them as provisional until checked against the full company statement. The extract reports consolidated figures, which should not be confused with standalone results.

Where ₹0.50 EPS belongs

The ₹0.50 basic and diluted EPS figure belongs to Twamev’s audited consolidated full-year FY2026 results, not Q2. In the same NSE filing, Q4 FY2026 basic and diluted EPS is ₹0.11. Both are reported in INR, and the filing identifies FY2026 as April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. NSE integrated filing for FY2026.

Period and scope Revenue from operations Profit and EPS Filing status
Q2 FY2026, consolidated, quarter ended September 30, 2025 ₹6,828.63 lakh; ₹7,702.33 lakh in Q2 FY2025, according to the NSE-archive newspaper-publication extract Not stated in the cited extract Secondary extract; confirm against the full Q2 company statement
Q4 FY2026, consolidated, quarter ended March 31, 2026 ₹2,251 lakh Total profit ₹161 lakh; basic and diluted EPS ₹0.11 Audited NSE filing
FY2026, consolidated, year ended March 31, 2026 ₹6,745 lakh Total profit ₹765 lakh; basic and diluted EPS ₹0.50; exceptional items ₹72 lakh Audited NSE filing

Amounts in the audited filing are in ₹ lakh. For scale, ₹6,745 lakh is ₹67.45 crore, but it is full-year revenue and not Q2 revenue. The audited filing’s inspected table does not provide the prior-year annual comparator needed to establish a 20.5% full-year revenue decline independently.

Is TICL stock down about 5% after results?

The available NSE quote-page record identifies TICL as a listed equity, but it does not provide a dated post-results price series that verifies an approximately 5% fall. Establishing that claim requires a specific trading session and a comparison between its close and the preceding session’s close, as well as the relevant announcement date. Without those details, neither the magnitude nor a causal link to the results is established. NSE quote page.

What can be said about cash flow?

The audited FY2026 NSE filing marks cash-flow reporting as applicable and identifies an indirect cash-flow statement. The headline figures alone do not establish operating cash flow, cash conversion, working-capital movement, or liquidity. Profit and EPS are not substitutes for cash generated from operations; those conclusions require the cash-flow statement’s actual line items. NSE integrated filing for FY2026.
