As of October 16, 2026, three widely discussed offers stand out: Microsoft documented the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 Core at $149.00 (down from $149.99), a deal roundup reported Sony’s WH-1000XM6 at $328, and Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition is available for Nintendo Switch 2 in both physical and digital formats. The Microsoft promotion ended October 1, so treat it as a historical price unless a replacement offer is confirmed. The Sony figure also requires live seller, stock, color, region, and price verification.

Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 Core
What the documented offer included
Microsoft’s official listing identified the exact model as the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 – Core. Its documented sale price was $149.00 against an original $149.99, a $0.99 reduction. The offer was explicitly dated September 17 through October 1, 2026, and was limited to available supplies.
How to interpret the price today
Because October 16 is after the stated end date, the $149.00 figure is evidence of a recent promotion, not proof of a live deal. Check Microsoft or an authorized retailer for a current listing before buying, and confirm that the product name says “Series 2 – Core” rather than a different Elite configuration. Availability and pricing can change by country and retailer.

The reported $328 price
A 2026 deal roundup reported Sony’s WH-1000XM6 at $328. This is the XM6 model, not the older WH-1000XM5. The available report does not establish the original price, discount percentage, seller, color, stock level, or geographic storefront, so those details must be checked on the live product page.

Buyer checks before checkout
- Verify the model number is WH-1000XM6.
- Confirm the seller, warranty coverage, return policy, and shipping destination.
- Check whether $328 is a one-time promotion, a particular color, or a region-specific price.
- Compare the final cart total, including tax and delivery, rather than relying on the headline figure.
Do not assume the reported price is still available simply because the roundup remains online; headphone promotions and inventory commonly change without notice.
Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition on Nintendo Switch 2
What is included
The Switch 2 Ultimate Edition bundles the original Cyberpunk 2077 game with the Phantom Liberty expansion. Nintendo’s listing identifies a 60.6 GB download size, while CD PROJEKT RED specifies a 64 GB physical game card. The physical and digital releases contain the same Ultimate Edition content, but they differ in storage, ownership, and download requirements.
Physical versus digital purchase
| Option | What you receive | Practical considerations |
|---|---|---|
| Physical | 64 GB game card for Nintendo Switch 2 | Requires the card to play; easier to resell or lend, subject to local rules and account policies |
| Digital | Nintendo eShop download | Uses console storage and requires sufficient space plus an internet connection for the download; tied to the purchasing Nintendo Account |
CD PROJEKT RED described it as a launch-day Switch 2 title and stated that it was available “as a physical 64 GB game card or digital download from the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2.” Nintendo eShop pricing, tax, currency, and availability vary by region, so select your local storefront before comparing prices.
Which deal fits which buyer?
Choose the Xbox controller when
You specifically want the Elite Series 2 Core design and find a currently valid price near the documented $149.00 promotion. Since that promotion has ended, the key decision is whether a live replacement offer justifies buying now or waiting.

Choose Cyberpunk for Switch 2 when
You want both the base game and Phantom Liberty in one edition. Pick the 64 GB card if you prefer a physical copy and have a Switch 2 card slot; pick eShop if immediate digital access and no cartridge are more important. Confirm storage capacity for the 60.6 GB download before choosing digital.
