If Titanium Court feels visually busy, sounds harsh, or displays the wrong controller buttons, change four settings before adjusting anything else: Displayed Controls, Camera Motion, High Pitch Ambient SFX, and Glitch VFX. You will find the first under Settings → Gameplay and the other three under Settings → Accessibility. The choices below are designed to solve the most common comfort and clarity problems without changing the game’s core single-player experience.
Change these four settings first
Open the settings menu and make the following pass before playing for a long session. Each option addresses a different source of friction, so you can change only the one that matches your problem.

The documented menu names do not establish a universal default value, slider range, or exact number of steps. Pick the least intense setting that remains comfortable, then test it in the area where you noticed the problem.

Why Automatic can be confusing
When Displayed Controls is left on Automatic, the game may choose a glyph set that does not resemble the controller in your hands. That is especially easy to notice when a prompt uses a different letter, symbol, or button position from your physical device. The setting changes the icons shown in prompts; it does not remap the underlying controls.

How to lock the glyph set
- Open
Settingsfrom the game’s menu. - Select
Gameplay. - Choose
Displayed Controls. - Select the controller type that matches the device you are actively using rather than leaving the choice on
Automatic. - Return to play and trigger a prompt to verify that the symbols now match your controller.
If you switch between devices, revisit this option after connecting the new controller. A prompt can look correct while using one device and become confusing after Steam, macOS, or another input layer changes the controller presented to the game.
If the icons still look wrong
- Confirm that the controller is connected before launching or returning to the game.
- Check that the selected type describes the physical controller, not the platform you are playing on.
- Disconnect duplicate input devices temporarily; multiple active devices can make automatic detection harder to interpret.
- After changing the selection, move through a menu or interact with an object so a fresh prompt is drawn.
The available documentation identifies the selector and its location, but does not publish a complete keyboard, controller, or platform-specific binding map. Do not assume that a displayed glyph change also changes button assignments.
Reduce camera motion for visual comfort
What Camera Motion targets
Camera Motion is the first setting to change if looping camera movement, shaking, or fast camera-swivel effects cause eye strain, nausea, headache, or difficulty concentrating. It reduces movement that is not essential to understanding or controlling the scene; it is not described as a complete lock to a static camera.

- Open
Settings. - Go to
Accessibility. - Open
Camera Motion. - Lower the setting, or choose the reduced option offered by your build.
- Play briefly in the location that causes discomfort and lower it again if necessary.
Because the published information does not specify the control’s exact range or default, use the visible labels in your version rather than expecting a particular percentage. If discomfort continues at the lowest available level, take a break and avoid the triggering scene or effect; the option is intended to reduce non-essential motion, not to remove every camera change required by gameplay.

Filter high-pitched ambient sound
When to use High Pitch Ambient SFX
Choose High Pitch Ambient SFX when a ringing tone or other high-pitched, looped ambience is distracting, fatiguing, or difficult to tolerate. The option affects a number of looped sound effects, so reducing it can change the atmosphere as well as the troublesome frequency.
Adjustment steps
- Open
Settings → Accessibility. - Select
High Pitch Ambient SFX. - Reduce or disable it, depending on the choices shown by your version.
- Return to the same area where the sound was noticeable and confirm that the ambience is comfortable.
This is separate from a master-volume change: reducing the high-pitch ambience targets a class of effects while preserving the rest of the mix. If other sounds are also too loud, use Titanium Court’s custom volume controls, described below, instead of compensating by turning down every channel.
Reduce glitch post-processing effects
What the Glitch VFX option changes
Glitch VFX controls a variety of visual post-processing effects that can appear as distortion, flicker, or other “glitch” treatment. Reducing or disabling the option can make the image easier to watch, but some visual variety is intentionally removed. It does not mean that every animation, transition, or camera movement disappears.

Glitch VFX. - Reduce or disable the effects.
- Load or revisit a scene with the strongest distortion and check whether the new level is comfortable.
If the display is still uncomfortable, use Glitch VFX together with Camera Motion rather than increasing one setting to compensate for the other. They address different triggers: one targets post-processing distortion, while the other reduces non-essential movement.

Choose a setup for your particular need
There is no single best configuration. Start with the row that describes your situation, then make smaller changes if you want to preserve more of the intended presentation.

The four practical axes are visual comfort, audio comfort, input clarity, and pace or control demand. Adjust one axis at a time when troubleshooting so you know which change helped.
Use the wider accessibility options
SteamDB lists additional accessibility categories for Titanium Court. The listing indicates that the game supports the following features, although it does not provide a complete value table or every platform-specific implementation detail:

Timed-input and pace options
The listed “Playable without Timed Input” and “Playable At Your Own Pace” categories are important if reaction windows or pressure make interactions difficult. Look for their corresponding choices in the accessibility or gameplay menus. These labels indicate the supported accessibility approach, but the available material does not specify a universal toggle name, default, or whether every option appears identically on each platform.
Keyboard, mouse, and touch play
SteamDB lists Keyboard Only, Mouse Only, and Touch Only options. Select the input method you intend to use and verify prompts after changing it. Displayed Controls controls the glyphs shown for a selected controller type; it should not be treated as a complete replacement for the separate keyboard, mouse, or touch choices.
Adjustable difficulty
If challenge rather than sensory comfort is the obstacle, use the adjustable-difficulty choice instead of changing visual or audio settings. Difficulty changes affect how demanding play is; Camera Motion, High Pitch Ambient SFX, and Glitch VFX are comfort controls and should not be expected to make encounters easier.
Platform, controller, and Steam Deck notes
Titanium Court is a single-player game developed by AP Thomson and published by Fellow Traveller. SteamDB lists Windows and macOS support, full controller support, and a Steam release date of 23 April 2026. Nintendo’s release listing describes the Switch edition as digital and single-player, with an estimated size of 526 MB and compatibility with Nintendo Switch 2.

Steam Deck
SteamDB records the game as Steam Deck verified. Its verification notes say that all functionality is accessible with the default controller configuration, controller icons are shown, in-game interface text is legible, and the default graphics configuration performs well. That makes the Deck’s standard controls a reasonable starting point; if the displayed icons do not match a connected device, set Displayed Controls manually rather than relying on Automatic.
Switch and other editions
The documented menu paths come from a Steam community announcement. The Switch edition and other builds may present the same concepts with different labels, ordering, or controller glyphs. If an option is not visible in the stated path, check both the Accessibility and Gameplay sections and use the wording shown by that edition. Do not assume that a setting absent from one build is broken or that a PC slider range applies to Switch.
Troubleshoot the most common problems
The game shows the wrong button letter or symbol
- Open
Settings → Gameplay → Displayed Controls. - Select the controller type you are holding.
- Disconnect unused controllers and test a new prompt.
- Restart the game only if the new glyph set does not appear after returning to play.
If the prompt remains wrong, the device may be presented through a compatibility layer that the game identifies differently. The available documentation does not define a platform-by-platform binding map, so avoid changing unrelated controls until you confirm which device type the game is detecting.
Camera motion is still uncomfortable
- Lower Camera Motion again if a further level is available.
- Reduce Glitch VFX separately if distortion or flicker is the trigger.
- Test the result in the scene that caused the problem; a calm menu cannot reveal every in-game effect.
- Stop playing if symptoms continue. The setting reduces non-essential motion but is not documented as a complete motion-removal mode.
The ringing is gone but the mix is unbalanced
High Pitch Ambient SFX can mute a number of looped effects, so the remaining mix may feel different. Use Custom Volume Controls to rebalance other channels rather than restoring the sound that caused the problem.
Glitch effects remain after reducing Glitch VFX
The option covers a variety of glitch post-processing effects, not every visual effect in the game. Confirm that you changed the setting in Settings → Accessibility, then test a scene where the effect is visible. Camera movement, animation, and ordinary transitions can remain because they are separate systems.
What is not documented yet
The currently indexed information does not provide a complete screenshot or manual for the settings screen. Exact defaults, slider ranges, every keyboard or controller binding, and a guaranteed cross-platform control map therefore cannot be stated reliably. Treat the visible labels and choices in your installed version as authoritative, and do not infer a numeric value from another platform.
For a first launch, the safest sequence is to set Displayed Controls to the device you use, reduce Camera Motion if movement is uncomfortable, reduce or disable High Pitch Ambient SFX if you hear distracting ringing, and reduce or disable Glitch VFX if distortion is a problem. Then use the broader accessibility categories for volume balance, timing, pace, input method, or difficulty.
