What to expect from the game
You play as Kelly, a woman in her mid-20s driving through a Midwestern thunderstorm in Nebraska while talking with her parents and younger brother. The driving is simple; the family conversation is the focus. Its story explores family relationships, disability, adulthood, obligation, nostalgia and loss. The official game site describes the premise and its emphasis on the conversation.
The Extended Edition adds an epilogue set at a snowy Minnesota bus stop, where Kelly reflects on her past and the consequences of the main story. Xbox Wire describes the addition in its announcement of the Extended Edition.

Are there cheat codes or achievement guides?
The sources available for this guide point to achievement walkthroughs, not conventional cheat codes. If you are searching for “Three Fourths Home cheats,” “100% achievements,” or a walkthrough, community guides are the more useful match. Achievement counts and sets can differ by platform or release, so check the guide against the version you are playing rather than assuming one count applies everywhere.
Third-party epilogue route to pay attention to
A TrueAchievements walkthrough published December 17, 2015 reports 10 achievements, an estimated one to two hours, and three playthroughs. Those are walkthrough metadata, not a current cross-platform count or tested completion estimate. Its summarized route identifies an epilogue choice sequence as the part most likely to require attention; the main story reportedly does not branch substantially for achievement purposes. Treat these steps as third-party advice and verify them for your platform and version.
