Both TVs are listed as 32-inch HD Ready LED models with 1366 × 768 resolution. Thomson’s 32PATH0011BL has the better-documented smart-TV features, Bluetooth 5.0 and higher stated speaker output; Trunik’s 32TP7001 listing reports one extra USB port. Neither specification sheet establishes which TV performs better in everyday use, and current prices and availability are not verified.
How the listed specifications compare
| Feature | Trunik 32TP7001 | Thomson 32PATH0011BL |
|---|---|---|
| Screen | 32-inch LED, 1366 × 768 HD Ready | 32-inch LED, 1366 × 768 HD Ready |
| Smart-TV details | Wi-Fi and smart-TV status are reported; platform and app details are sparse or inconsistent | Android 9.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, Google Assistant remote, built-in Chromecast and AirPlay support |
| Bluetooth | Secondary listing reports no Bluetooth | Bluetooth 5.0 |
| HDMI ports | 3 | 3 |
| USB ports | 3, according to a secondary listing | 2, according to the manufacturer’s page |
| Stated speaker output | 20 W total | 24 W total |
| Other listed connections | Ethernet | Not listed on the cited manufacturer page |
The Trunik figures come from Gadgets Now’s product listing. Thomson’s specifications come from Thomson Home India’s official product page. The difference in stated speaker wattage is a specification, not evidence that one set sounds better; listening quality depends on more than rated output.
Where Thomson has the clearer feature advantage
Documented smart-TV platform
Thomson identifies the 32PATH0011BL as a 9A Series Android TV running Android 9.0. Its product page also lists dual-band Wi-Fi, Google Assistant on the remote, built-in Chromecast and AirPlay support. That gives buyers more documented detail when checking whether the TV’s platform and casting features suit their devices and services.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesThe available Trunik catalogue information confirms Wi-Fi and smart-TV status but does not reliably establish an equivalent operating system, app catalogue or casting feature set. If a particular streaming app or casting method is essential, confirm it for the exact Trunik SKU with the seller before buying rather than assuming it matches Thomson.
#1 Best Overall
- 720p resolution - View your favorite movies, shows and games in high definition.
- Alexa voice control - The Alexa Voice Remote lets you easily control your entertainment, search across apps, switch inputs, and more using just your voice. Press and hold the voice button and ask Alexa to easily find, launch, and control content, and even switch to cable.
- Access thousands of shows with Fire TV - Watch over 1.5 million streaming movies and TV episodes with access to thousands of channels, apps and Alexa skills, including Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, YouTube, Apple TV+, Disney+, ESPN+, Sling TV, Paramount+, and other services right from this TV.*
- DTS Virtual-X Sound - An immersive sound format creates a three-dimensional sound experience with your TV’s speakers.
- Supports HDMI ARC - Sends audio directly from the HDMI jack to a compatible soundbar or AV receiver, removing the need for an extra cable.
Bluetooth and audio rating
Thomson’s official page specifies Bluetooth 5.0 and 24 W speakers. The Trunik secondary listing reports no Bluetooth and 20 W total speaker output. If you plan to pair wireless headphones or speakers, Bluetooth is a practical distinction to verify. If you will use built-in speakers, do not treat the wattage figures alone as a sound-quality comparison.
Where Trunik may be more convenient
Gadgets Now lists three USB ports for the Trunik, compared with two on Thomson’s official page. The extra listed port may help if you expect to connect multiple USB devices, but confirm the number and functionality against the seller’s exact model listing. Both TVs are listed with three HDMI ports, so the cited specifications do not distinguish them on HDMI count.

What the specifications cannot tell you
Both models share the same listed screen size and HD Ready resolution, but that does not establish equal or unequal picture quality. The cited material contains no hands-on or independent performance test that would support a conclusion about brightness, contrast, motion handling, image processing, menu responsiveness, or long-term reliability. Nor does a feature list establish how well an older platform or its apps work today.
Thomson Home India identifies the 32PATH0011BL as a 2020 launch. That date and the listed Android version are useful context when evaluating software expectations, but they do not by themselves establish current app support or service availability.

Which one should you buy?
- Choose Thomson if its current seller listing confirms the features you need and you value documented Android 9.0, Bluetooth 5.0, Chromecast and AirPlay support, or the higher stated speaker output.
- Consider Trunik if the seller confirms its listed three USB ports and that extra connection is more useful to you than Thomson’s documented Bluetooth and smart-TV details.
- Pause before choosing either if the seller cannot confirm current stock, the exact model number, app compatibility, warranty coverage or return terms.
Before paying, compare current seller listings rather than relying on catalogue prices: current comparable pricing and availability are not established here. Check who handles warranty claims, whether installation is included, and the return window. Gadgets Now’s Trunik listing displays a one-year warranty and ₹16,990, but its date and current status are not established, so neither figure should be treated as a confirmed current offer or warranty promise. Thomson’s product page does not establish present stock or service availability.
