Yes. A custom, pixel-painted recreation of the car players smash in Street Fighter II has been built, and reports say it is the prize in a U.S. sweepstakes running through November 18, 2026. It is a promotional build—not a factory-made Lexus or an officially licensed Street Fighter model. Check the promoter’s official rules before entering; key terms have not been independently verified.
What the Street Fighter II bonus-stage car is based on
In Street Fighter II, the bonus stage challenges players to damage a car for points. The vehicle is commonly identified as drawing on the first-generation Toyota Celsior, sold as the Lexus LS 400 outside Japan. That identification is a visual reference, not evidence that the game car was an officially licensed Lexus. Street Fighter Wiki’s Bonus Stage reference describes the connection; its page was not directly accessible for verification.
The real car is a custom promotional recreation
Car and Driver reports that Vehicle Effects built the real-world car in partnership with The General and Capcom. Its pixel-art exterior recreates the game’s blocky look, while details include “You Win” embroidery on the headrests and a coin holder styled like an arcade slot. The result resembles the game’s LS 400-inspired car, but it is a custom promotional vehicle rather than a production Lexus. Car and Driver’s report was published October 10, 2026.
