A current guide lists 13 outfits and four flashlight colors in The Sinking City 2. The Arkham Field Kit is the only cosmetic source in that list with an officially confirmed outfit trio: The Anatomist, The Witness, and Heretic Heraldry. The other names are useful checklist entries, but their unlock methods are not established here.

The same guide lists four beam-color cosmetics, separately from outfits:

- Harness the Power of the Box – Combine the unique, hellish abilities of the Configuration with an arsenal of earthly weapons to inflict bone-breaking, flesh-searing pain - or is it pleasure? - upon masochistic enemies.
- Fight Against Unholy Enemies – Take on hell's wretches, deviants, cultists, and even its most infernal priests in a story-driven horror survival game.
- Blue Beam
- Green Beam
- Red Beam
- White Beam
The cited guide does not specify how to unlock or select these colors. It also does not establish whether changing color affects brightness, range, damage, or detection. Check the exact in-game cosmetic description rather than assuming a gameplay effect.

How to check an unconfirmed cosmetic unlock
- Open the in-game cosmetic or customization menu and locate the exact outfit or beam-color name.
- Read the player-facing description for its unlock condition or add-on requirement; do not infer a mission, achievement, or New Game Plus reward from the name alone.
- If the item is not available in-game, check the edition and add-on contents for your platform and region. The official PlayStation listing confirms the Field Kit trio, while the broader checklist comes from a secondary guide.
The cited guide does not fully identify cosmetic rewards associated with New Game Plus. Match any reward to its exact displayed name before treating it as one of the checklist entries.

- THEIR FLESH IS YOUR WEAPON: The corpses of exceptional warriors are scattered throughout Mortal Shell 2’s destroyed world. Once discovered, each warrior can be possessed, awakening their innate strengths and mastered abilities. Evolve your own style of combat by harnessing the unique abilities of each warrior and unlock their secrets through the discovery of lost memories.
- CLEANSE A RAVAGED WORLD: Mortal Shell 2’s compact open world connects over winding footpaths guarded by desperate and fanatical adversaries. Players who wander are rewarded with new warriors to possess, additional story elements, powerful and strange weaponry, upgrades, curiosities and more. Step through derelict temples of ancient deities, across forbidden forests and icy graves, into citadels carved out of bone. Scattered between these lost landmarks are more than 60 dungeons, each providing a challenging test of the talents and weaponry you have collected on your journey.
- DETHRONE FALSE GODS: You control the Harbinger, a being that must reclaim the Undermether’s stolen eggs that are now ruthlessly guarded by grotesque, dangerous creatures. Mortal Shell 2’s combat system is agile and expressive. Stamina gauges are removed, and execution options have been enhanced, delivering a kinetic and chaotic dark power fantasy. Precision meets intensity in high-stakes combat.
How reliable is the full checklist?
The figure of 13 outfits and four flashlight colors is reported by Nerd’s Chalk, rather than confirmed as a complete official total. The official Field Kit description independently verifies three outfit names. For the remaining outfits and all four beam colors, the guide provides names but not confirmed unlock routes; treat them as reported checklist entries and use the in-game label to verify availability.
