The Sinking City 2 has 23 listed achievements or trophies. For a completion-focused run, pay particular attention to the Mushroom Jack broadcasts and Emergency Relief Crates: both objectives explicitly require finding every one in a single playthrough. The list also includes story milestones, weapon pickups, eight optional investigations, Talents, and writings.
How to plan a trophy run
Choose a completion-focused run if you want to minimize the risk of missing objectives. As you explore, check off each broadcast and Emergency Relief Crate before moving on, and investigate optional cases you encounter. A story-first run is also possible, but the available trophy descriptions do not establish whether missed items can be recovered through chapter selection or New Game Plus.
- Check optional investigations as you find them. They do not gate main-story progress. The official Epic Games Store description says optional cases can unlock safer routes, supplies, and upgrades that help with survival. Epic Games Store game listing.
- Track every broadcast and crate during the same run. The achievement descriptions explicitly say these must all be found in one playthrough. Mark each one off as soon as you complete it; no verified universal cutoff point or recovery method is established.
- Take each weapon when it becomes available and work toward every Talent. The achievement list confirms these goals, but does not provide an authoritative comprehensive route for weapon or Talent locations.
- Review the platform’s list after the ending. Check for remaining trophies, including the writings objective, before assuming a new run or cleanup method will count. Platform interfaces can display hidden entries differently.

Which trophies are missable?
Broadcasts and Emergency Relief Crates
These are the clearest missable-risk objectives because their descriptions explicitly require completion in one playthrough. Treat every broadcast and crate as a same-run checklist item, and do not leave an area until you have checked for them. The available descriptions do not confirm a chapter cutoff or whether a missed entry can be recovered.
Optional investigations
The eight investigations are not required to advance the main story, so they are easy to overlook if you follow only the critical path. The official listing says optional cases can provide safer routes, supplies, and upgrades in addition to their achievement triggers. The trophy conditions identify what to investigate, but do not establish a universal deadline for each case.
Talents and writings
What Dreams Are Made Of requires all Talents. From Oblivion requires reading all writings that “weren’t there before.” Third-party trophy listings associate the latter with New Game Plus, but exact New Game Plus requirements, carryover, and cleanup behavior are not established by the official achievement wording. Check your in-game and platform lists rather than assuming a particular recovery route.

Epic Games Store lists 23 achievements worth 1,000 XP. At the time it was accessed on October 7, 2026, its displayed unlock rates were 10% for Behind Every Crate Man…, 9% for Mycophile, 1% for What Dreams Are Made Of, and 0.6% for For Her. These are live Epic platform snapshots, not difficulty ratings or estimates of how long completion takes.
