The Perfect PokéRap is a live Unraveled performance by Brian David Gilbert, presented at PAX East 2019 and released by Polygon on April 7, 2019. It is distinct from the separately cataloged studio-recorded special, FULL SONG: The Perfect PokéRap.
What is The Perfect PokéRap at PAX East?
Polygon’s video listing presents the performance as an Unraveled appearance at PAX East 2019. Its description says the piece has “every Pokémon,” is emotionally vulnerable, and includes interpretive dance. That is Polygon’s description of the video, not a quotation from Gilbert. The description does not give a Pokémon count.
The live video was published on April 7, 2019. Watch the Polygon video on YouTube.

A production account posted the day after the video’s listed release describes a three-camera setup: two rear cameras on tripods tracking Gilbert and one static camera at the side. The post names Gabe Bornstein and Simone de Rochefort as camera operators, and says Patrick Gill handled live production and took part in the choreography. This is a contemporaneous personal account, not an official credit list, so it should not be treated as Polygon’s definitive production credits.
