This guide lists the 21 Legendary-tier armor pieces identified by GamingBolt and where to get them, including quest rewards, boss loot, chests, random drops, and armorers. The figures labeled toughness are that guide’s level-50 values—not base armor ratings. Routes and item availability may vary with quest progress, merchant stock, or random loot.
How to use this location list
The list below follows GamingBolt’s October 6, 2026 guide and preserves its reported acquisition summaries and level-50 toughness figures. These are guide-reported routes, not independently verified in-game results. The separate Dawnwalker Wiki uses a different catalogue scope: it lists 20 armor entries in a 50-item Legendary/Unique gear catalogue, based on Steam build 25129649 and reviewed September 23, 2026. The available sources do not establish a single universal count, so this article covers the 21 pieces GamingBolt identifies. GamingBolt’s guide and the Dawnwalker Wiki gear reference use different classifications.
GamingBolt reports toughness at level 50; the wiki lists base armor values and notes that item level and upgrades affect in-game stats. Those measurements are not interchangeable. Compare armor type, slot, effects, and the effort or conditions required to obtain a piece rather than choosing by the numbers alone.

How to complete “A Bulwark Against Darkness” for the Arbiter set
All four Enhanced Arbiter pieces in the list are awarded at the end of this quest. PC Gamer’s walkthrough says it begins when a courier delivers a list of armor components after the St. Mihai silver-sword reforge. The quest requires gathering components, taking them to the Uriash Hermit blacksmith in northwest Briar Sloughs, and completing a final ritual.
- Find the Saint’s Tibia. PC Gamer directs players to a corpse below a ladder in St. Tyna’s Convent during Anca’s “Echoes of Silenced Bells.”
- Obtain Silk Threads. A Sanzhani trader sells them after progress in the related questline. PC Gamer reports a cost of around 6,000 denari; a related quest may provide silk without a purchase.
- Collect the Flask of Quiksilver. It is at the top of Aurelius’s Tower.
- Find the Large Lizard’s Moult. Look in a cave in Briar Sloughs.
- Return the components to the Uriash Hermit. The blacksmith is in northwest Briar Sloughs. Complete the final ritual to receive the set.
These component directions and the approximate silk cost are from PC Gamer’s quest walkthrough; the listed cost is not established as fixed across circumstances. Read PC Gamer’s “A Bulwark Against Darkness” walkthrough.

What the stats and route conditions tell you
- Do not compare unlike stat labels. The values in the table are level-50 toughness from GamingBolt. The wiki’s base armor values are a separate measure, and item level or upgrades can change displayed stats.
- Check effects as well as armor. The wiki says each listed item has four equipment effects. Effects, weight class, and the relevant slot matter to build fit; rings and amulets have no armor value and should not be included in armor-stat comparisons.
- Plan around gates and availability. Several pieces require named quests or boss encounters; merchant stock and random loot are not guaranteed routes in the summaries. The Arbiter set requires a multi-step quest, while the Coat of Darkened Scales requires a shovel.
Does the preorder armor count as one of these 21?
Bandai Namco describes the Sangoran Wayfarer’s Armor Set as a preorder bonus that grants early access and can also be obtained later in the game. It is not one of the 21 entries in GamingBolt’s list. The publisher lists the game for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S; its stated launch date was September 3, 2026. Bandai Namco Europe’s official game and edition information.
