If you’re looking beyond Eufy, the right alternative depends less on the logo and more on your floors, pets, tolerance for clutter, and how much dock maintenance you want to do. The Roborock Q7 M5 is a budget pick for routine vacuuming and light mopping; the Qrevo Curv adds a wash-and-dry dock; and the Saros 10R is a premium choice for navigation and hard-floor mopping. For a basic vacuum-only robot, consider the iRobot Roomba 105 Vac. None is the best fit for every home, and current prices and bundles vary by country and retailer.

Best budget alternative: Roborock Q7 M5
RTINGS names the Q7 M5 its best budget robot vacuum among models it tested. It reports solid pickup on hard floors and carpet, removal of most pet hair in one pass, quiet operation, app scheduling and no-go zones, and battery life sufficient for most homes. Less dock work: Roborock Qrevo Curv
The Qrevo Curv is an upper-midrange step up for homes that want more automated mop care. RTINGS reports exceptional hard-floor debris pickup, reasonable results on low- and high-pile carpet, and a multifunction dock that empties dust, washes mop pads with heated water, and dries them with warm air. That automation can reduce routine chores, but it does not eliminate maintenance such as refilling water or replacing consumables.
It is not a safe default for pet hair on carpet: RTINGS says its split brushroll struggles with pet hair. Its twin-pad mop may smear stuck-on stains before removing them and can leave water behind. Premium navigation and mopping: Roborock Saros 10R
RTINGS recommends the Saros 10R as its best overall robot vacuum. It highlights LiDAR-based Starsight navigation and hazard recognition, strong hard-floor cleaning, effective dried-stain mopping, a low profile, and dock automation that includes heated mop-pad washing. The important compromise is carpeted pet hair: RTINGS reports poorer pickup of embedded pet hair on carpet. If that is a daily problem, plan on using a regular vacuum as well rather than assuming a premium robot will replace it.

Basic vacuum-only option: iRobot Roomba 105 Vac
The Roomba 105 Vac is an entry-level LiDAR-mapped robot that cleans in rows and offers app scheduling and four suction levels, according to At a Good Price. It has no mop and comes with a plain charging dock; its 380 mL bin must be emptied manually. Brushes and filters are recurring costs to factor into ownership. See the Roomba 105 Vac comparison.
At a Good Price listed the model at $149.99 at Target and $299.99 at Walmart when it checked prices on August 28, 2026. That is a dated, US retailer comparison—not a current quote or a price you should expect in another market. Hoover HG2 Turbo Slim Hydro
Ideal Home presents the HG2 Turbo Slim Hydro as an affordable UK-market entry-level choice. Its listed specifications include up to 160 minutes of runtime, 5,000 Pa suction, mopping, multi-room mapping, and a 250 ml dust bin. Ideal Home’s reviewer flags inconsistent cleaning and difficulty with obstacles, and the robot has no docking station. Treat the runtime and suction as listed specifications, not a guarantee of results in every home.

Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 Flow
Ideal Home describes the Qrevo Edge 2 Flow as a mixed-floor option with a rotating mop roller, dock, and multi-room mapping. Its listed specifications are 240 minutes of runtime, 35,000 Pa suction, and a 2.7 L dust bag. The review says it has no mop-only mode and detergent is not included. Specs, included accessories, and availability can differ by market and configuration, so verify the local listing before comparing it with another model.

How to choose beyond the headline price
Match cleaning performance to your floors
Hard-floor crumbs, carpet grit, and embedded hair are different jobs. Manufacturer suction figures alone do not establish which robot cleans better; look for tested performance on the surfaces and debris that matter in your home. For carpeted rooms with shedding pets, pay particular attention to brush design and the documented pet-hair limitations of the Qrevo Curv and Saros 10R.
Decide how much clutter you can manage
Navigation and hazard recognition affect whether a robot can run without a room being staged first. The Q7 M5’s reported difficulty with cords and toys makes floor pickup especially important. If cables, socks, or small toys are routinely left out, do not assume mapping alone means the robot will avoid them.
Choose a mop system you will actually maintain
A static damp pad suits light upkeep. Powered pads or a roller and a dock that washes and dries mop components can reduce manual cleaning, but check what the system can do: whether it supports mop-only runs, whether it washes and dries its pads, and whether cleaning solution is supplied. A robot that leaves water or smears dried mess may still need hands-on spot cleaning.

Count the recurring chores and supplies
A recharge-only dock leaves dustbin emptying and mop washing to you. A multifunction dock automates some of that work, but owners still need to consider water, dust bags, filters, brushes, mop pads, and cleaning solution as applicable to the exact model. Confirm compatibility before buying replacement parts; similarly named models may not use the same consumables.
Compare equivalent local bundles
Check the current price in your country, the precise model name, and what the box includes—especially the dock. A robot-only price is not comparable to a bundle with an automated wash-and-dry dock. The Roomba prices above illustrate how far retailer listings differed on one date; they should not be used as live pricing. If shopping in the UK, compare UK availability and listings rather than directly transferring US prices.
