Roger Jr. is confirmed for TEKKEN 8 Season 3, with Bandai Namco listing an October–December 2026 release window. Yujiro Hanma is a separate Season 3 Pass character scheduled for January–March 2027. The official pages cited below do not confirm an official Roger Jr. gameplay trailer that also includes a Yujiro Hanma teaser, so the title’s specific trailer claim remains unverified.
What Bandai Namco has confirmed
Bandai Namco’s official TEKKEN 8 page lists Roger Jr. for October–December 2026. An earlier announcement described his timing more generally as fall 2026. The February 2, 2026 announcement confirms that Roger Jr. is among the characters returning to the game.

Yujiro Hanma is not presented as part of Roger Jr.’s trailer in the official information reviewed. The official game page schedules Yujiro for January–March 2027, and Bandai Namco’s May 28, 2026 announcement identifies him as the fourth and final character in the Season 3 Pass. That announcement links a Yujiro reveal trailer and says further details would follow.

Is the Roger Jr. gameplay trailer with a Yujiro teaser official?
The official sources establish Roger Jr.’s planned addition and Yujiro’s separate Season 3 Pass announcement, but they do not establish that a published trailer combines Roger Jr. gameplay footage with a Yujiro teaser. They also do not provide a confirmed upload date for that specific combined video. Until Bandai Namco publishes or links such a video, treat “Tekken 8 Roger Jr. gameplay trailer” and “Tekken 8 Yujiro Hanma teaser” as search wording rather than confirmation of its contents.

TEKKEN 8 is listed for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The base game and Season 3 Pass are separate purchases; owning the base game alone does not establish access to the announced Season 3 characters.

The official Season 3 Pass listing includes four additional playable characters, one battle stage, an Aurora Outfit Pack, and five-day early access for future DLC. Bandai Namco also says individual DLC can be purchased separately and cautions buyers to avoid duplicate purchases. Check the official page and the store for your platform and region for current availability and purchase details.
