EA SPORTS FC 27 is reported to feature Ted Lasso, Coach Beard and AFC Richmond’s women’s team, the Lady Greyhounds. EA’s official cover-discovery page also lists A.F.C. Richmond, corroborating the club’s presence in FC 27-related material—but it does not confirm which modes include the women’s side or establish that the preview photos are official EA images.
What the FC 27 report says about Ted Lasso and the Lady Greyhounds
Bleacher Report reported on October 12, 2026, that Ted Lasso, Coach Beard and AFC Richmond’s Lady Greyhounds will appear in EA SPORTS FC 27. The report recalls the fictional coach and Richmond’s men’s team appearing in FIFA 23, but does not settle whether the men’s team returns in FC 27. Read Bleacher Report’s report.
EA’s official FC 27 Cover Discovery page lists A.F.C. Richmond. That is official confirmation of Richmond-related FC 27 promotion, not a detailed announcement of the women’s team’s implementation. EA’s cited materials do not identify a mode for the Lady Greyhounds, and the available evidence does not establish whether the preview photos are official EA assets or in-game captures.
