You can view Outlook events in Samsung Calendar, but the right setup depends on your account: a work or school account may use Microsoft Exchange, while a personal account may use Outlook.com. First check whether the account and its calendar are already enabled in Samsung Calendar; use Samsung’s Exchange setup only for an account that uses Exchange.
Check whether Outlook is already in Samsung Calendar

Open the Calendar app on your Galaxy device.

Open the app’s menu and view the available calendars. If your Outlook account is listed, expand it and make sure the calendar you want is selected.

If the account is not listed, it may need to be added or signed in. The precise steps depend on account type and the menus available on your device. Samsung’s U.S. troubleshooting guidance does not provide one complete personal Outlook.com setup flow for every device and account configuration.

For work or school accounts that use Exchange
Samsung’s documented route for an Exchange account is:

Open Calendar.

Tap Menu, then Manage calendars.

Tap Add, then select Exchange.

Follow the on-screen prompts to add the account.
Many Exchange servers configure automatically. If your organization uses an uncommon server configuration or setup requests details you do not have, ask your IT department for the required settings.
Know whether your account is Outlook.com or Exchange
Do not assume that every Outlook account should be added through the Exchange option. Samsung support explains: “Most school and workplace email and calendar accounts sync with a Microsoft Exchange server. This is not the same as the Outlook.com email service.” See Samsung’s account and calendar troubleshooting guidance for its distinction and Exchange steps.

Samsung says Galaxy Calendar can sync with Outlook Calendar, but its U.S. instructions do not spell out a single personal Outlook.com procedure that applies to every Galaxy software version and account configuration. Use the account and calendar menus on your device rather than treating the Exchange steps above as universal. Samsung’s regional calendar overview describes account setup options for its covered devices; menus can vary by region and software version.

Return to the available-calendar list in Samsung Calendar. Confirm that the Outlook account is visible, expand it, and select the calendar you need.

If it is visible and selected, force-stop the Calendar app, then clear its cache. Samsung documents these steps as troubleshooting options in its U.S. support instructions.

Reserve clearing app data for later. Samsung says this resets Calendar to its factory-default settings and removes personal settings or data saved in the app. It is different from clearing the cache, so understand the reset consequence before proceeding.

Use Outlook as an alternative way to view the calendar
If you prefer, Outlook for Galaxy can provide access to Outlook email, calendar, contacts, and tasks after an email account is added to the app. Samsung describes this option in its Outlook on Galaxy guidance. This is an alternative for viewing Outlook content, not evidence that every account follows the same setup flow in Samsung Calendar.
