The Sunbeam Insta Go PBP1000WH is a compact, single-serve blender for making a drink in its 600 mL bottle and taking it with you. Its documented motor rating is 350 W, and its blade assembly detaches for serving and cleaning. The main buying caveat is availability: CHOICE labels this model discontinued, so don’t assume new stock is reliably available.
What the PBP1000WH is designed to do
Sunbeam’s 2019 ANZ user guide describes a personal blender with a 600 mL BPA-free Tritan sport bottle, intended for drinks such as smoothies and milkshakes. To use it, fill the bottle, attach the blade assembly, invert the bottle onto the motor base and blend. Afterward, remove the blade assembly and fit the drink lid.
The model is identified as white PBP1000WH. The guide specifies a 350 W motor and stainless-steel blades. That wattage describes the motor rating; it does not, by itself, establish how smoothly the blender handles any particular ingredient or recipe.

The PBP1000 uses one-touch blending rather than a range of speed settings. Sunbeam’s guide says: “The one touch blend button provides short bursts of power for control when blending.” That is the manufacturer’s description of the control, not an independent performance result.

The bottle doubles as the blending vessel and the drink container. The blade assembly must be removed before fitting the drink lid. Woolworths’ listing describes a package with two 600 mL bottles, but that retailer detail should not be assumed to apply to every listing, colour or regional package; check what the seller says is included.

Cleaning and handling
The blade assembly detaches from the bottle, but the motor base is a separate electrical component and should not be treated like a washable bottle part. Sunbeam instructs users to wipe the base with a damp, soft sponge and mild detergent. Follow the full user guide for the safe removal, cleaning and reassembly procedure, and handle the blades carefully.

Is the Sunbeam Insta Go PBP1000WH discontinued?
CHOICE lists the PBP1000WH as discontinued. That status means availability should be checked rather than assumed: no current official retail listing establishes whether new stock is offered, in which region, or by which sellers. If you find a listing, confirm the exact model, whether it is new or used, what is included and the seller’s warranty terms.

What owners report—and what those reports cannot show
ProductReview.com.au contains mixed individual submissions. Some owners describe convenient use for smoothies or protein drinks; others report motor or button problems, bottle cracking, or difficulty with the threaded bottle-and-blade connection. Appliances Online also displays a retailer-hosted rating snapshot and an owner complaint about a cracked bottle.

What to check before buying or replacing a part
- Confirm the listing is for the white PBP1000WH, not a different Insta Go model or variant.
- Ask the seller to confirm condition, included bottles and lids, price, delivery region and warranty terms.
- If buying a spare bottle or blade assembly, verify that it is specifically compatible with PBP1000WH. A 600 mL capacity alone does not confirm that the threads or fittings will match.
- For a comparison with another personal blender, check bottle capacity and count, motor rating and control type, whether the blending bottle is also the travel bottle, cleaning method, noise, dimensions, weight, warranty and current availability. Wattage alone is not a performance comparison.
