To reach the Enchanted Forest in Steal An Egg, progress beyond Angels and Demons and check the entrance’s live Speed requirement. Recent guides put 50B Speed as the practical target, but disagree on whether it is a hard gate. An egg run is a separate challenge: steal an egg, evade the Celestial Sunlion, and make it back to base to hatch it. The Enchanted Tree is optional for collecting the biome’s base pets; opening it requires completing the Wisp’s active quest objectives.
How do you reach the Enchanted Forest?
The Enchanted Forest is presented in current guides as the far-end biome beyond Angels and Demons. Bloxodes and TechWiser report 50B Speed as the recommended or practical target, while accounts differ on whether that figure is a strict entry requirement. Check the Speed board and the prompt at the entrance in your current game session; those live requirements take precedence over a guide.
Speed to enter is not the same as enough Speed to escape with an egg. Carrying an egg can slow you down, and the forest’s guardian is identified by Bloxodes as the Celestial Sunlion. Its guide cautions that reaching 50B does not guarantee a safe return. Build a return margin rather than aiming only to meet the displayed entry requirement. General egg-running mechanics, including the weight penalty, are described by Eggipedia; these are not a measured escape threshold for this specific guardian.
How to steal and hatch an Enchanted Forest egg
- Enter the Enchanted Forest. Follow the corridor beyond Angels and Demons, using the game’s current entrance board or prompt to confirm the Speed gate.
- Take an egg from a nest. Be prepared to leave as soon as you have it; the Celestial Sunlion guards the area.
- Escape to your base. The egg can reduce your speed, so do not assume that the Speed needed to enter is enough to get home safely.
- Hatch the egg at base. The Enchanted Tree is not required to hatch eggs from the biome’s base pool, according to Bloxodes.
How to unlock the Enchanted Tree
The tree is an optional progression route, separate from collecting and hatching the base Enchanted Forest pets. Current guides describe a Wisp quest sequence with three kinds of objectives: steal Enchanted Forest eggs, fuse an Enchanted Forest pet, and steal an Eternal pet or egg. Then claim the completed objectives, choose the return option for the Wisp, and interact with the sealed tree.

Use the objectives shown in your live quest panel rather than relying on a fixed count from a guide. Bloxodes and the Update 7 history report 20 Enchanted Forest eggs, but TechWiser reports 10. The fusion requirement is also inconsistent: published accounts disagree about its counter, and the Update 7 history describes one fusion as contributor-reported. Complete the exact fusion and item wording shown in your game. The Update 7 history notes that some quest details are contributor-reported, not officially confirmed.
Guides describe the Wisp as an NPC or spirit. Do not assume it is a hatchable or tradable pet. After completing the objectives, make sure you claim them and select the return option before trying the tree again.

What does the Enchanted Tree contain?
Guide-reported tree features include a Butterfly Net, Conversion Center, and Enchanted Mutation Shrine. These are in-game features, not equipment you need to buy outside the game. Guides also describe secret puzzle content, but details and rewards should be treated as reported walkthrough information rather than confirmed developer documentation.

Reported mushroom puzzle
One walkthrough describes watching a sequence of colored mushrooms and repeating it, then obtaining a musical instrument used to raise a bridge to another room. The Update 7 history describes a five-mushroom Simon Says challenge and reports a Guitar and Jitterbug Secret Egg as rewards. Those reward details are contributor-reported; follow the puzzle and reward prompts currently shown in game.

Butterfly Bloom and secret spawns
The Update 7 history reports Butterfly Bloom at :15 and :45 every half-hour, but explicitly says that schedule lacks written official confirmation. Check the live game for an event timer instead of relying on that timing. Guides also disagree about whether the Starry Fox secret egg spawns in the open biome or is associated with the tree area, so verify its location in game before following a specific route.
Which pets are in the Enchanted Forest?
Bloxodes lists eight base pets: Prism Gecko, Petal Beetle, Enchanted Bluejay, Astral Jackalope, Spirit Panda, Starry Fox, Celestial Sunlion, and Royal Skywhale. This is that guide’s roster, not a verified complete index: other public accounts are incomplete or disagree about the roster. Check the live in-game Index for the current pet list and availability.

Should you focus on Speed, eggs, or the Wisp?
- For access: progress through the preceding biomes and meet the Speed requirement shown at the entrance. A reported 50B target is useful preparation, not a substitute for the live gate.
- For egg collection: prioritize enough Speed margin to escape with the egg, not merely to enter.
- For base pets: steal and hatch biome eggs; the tree quest is optional for this goal.
- For tree features and secrets: work through the Wisp’s current objectives, following the live quest text where published counts conflict.
Speed can be trained through gameplay or bought with Robux, according to Eggipedia. Spending is optional; the guides do not establish that a purchase is necessary to reach the biome.
