7 steps to troubleshoot the Starbucks app
1. Check your internet connection

4. Restart your phone

5. Check whether the problem is sign-in or the app itself
If possible, try signing in to your Starbucks account through the official Starbucks website. 6. For a missing balance or failed reload, check Starbucks’ card guidance
For a gift-card balance that is not showing, allow time for it to refresh: Starbucks says balances automatically refresh every four hours. For a failed reload, check that the billing name and address match the records held by your financial institution. Why can’t I log in to the Starbucks app?
First determine whether sign-in fails only in the app or also on the official Starbucks website. If both fail, you may need account-specific help.
