To view a recruit in Star Wars Zero Company, first hire that candidate at the Recruitment Facility. Then, in The Den, use the map to find Personnel beside the Holotable, enter the Holotable room, and interact with the terminal behind the Holotable. Personnel lists operators already on your roster—not candidates you have not hired.
How to open Personnel in The Den
-
While in The Den, open the map and look for the Personnel label beside the Holotable.
-
Follow the corridor and go up the stairs into the Holotable room.

Why a recruit may not appear
The Recruitment Facility and Personnel serve different purposes. The Recruitment Facility is where you browse and hire candidates; Personnel is the roster-management view for operators you have recruited. If someone is missing from the roster, check whether you completed the hire. If not, return to the Recruitment Facility and hire them first.

- ACTIVATE THE ACTION: Press the buttons on the jetpack to raise the Mandalorian's arms -- the left button for his left arm, right button for his right arm, and both buttons at once to raise both arms

- GALACTIC SOUND EFFECTS (BATTERIES INCLUDED): This Mandalorian figure also features battle sound effects when his buttons are pushed
The game’s databank tutorial likewise directs players to Personnel after recruiting a new operator. It mentions limited recruit capacity and possible opportunities to increase it, but that tutorial wording does not establish a guaranteed current-game roster cap.

The Personnel view is described as showing operator stats and available Focus Points, and as providing access to the Focus Tree, Bonds, and respec management. Which options are available for a particular operator may depend on campaign state; the available instructions do not establish that every option is always available for every character.

When to manage your roster
Star Wars Zero Company is a single-player, turn-based tactics game. Missions advance the campaign to the next cycle, and StarWars.com advises players to finish Den activities before deploying. Talking with teammates can reveal backstories and unlock personal missions. These are useful reasons to check in with your squad between missions, but they are not prerequisites for opening Personnel.

EA Help lists the game for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. EA identifies physical Standard Edition copies for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S through selected retailers; availability at a specific retailer may vary. Platform availability does not change the basic route: find Personnel in The Den and use the terminal behind the Holotable.
