The title “SOUYIE Smart Watch For Men” does not identify a specific watch. SOUYIE sells multiple models, and their specifications differ. If the unit in question is the T45, its official listing advertises an entry-level feature set, but the available information does not establish hands-on performance or whether it is the best budget smartwatch. Confirm the model on the watch, box, or order record before relying on any model-specific details.
Which SOUYIE watch is this?
SOUYIE’s catalog includes the T45 and V89, among other models. The T45 listing describes a 1.7-inch color display and an aluminum-alloy frame. The V89 is a separate product; SOUYIE’s homepage lists it with a 1.43-inch AMOLED display and 100+ sports modes. Those V89 claims should not be attributed to a T45.
The model name matters because the screen, advertised features, and companion-app instructions can vary. This article can describe what SOUYIE lists for the T45, but it cannot confirm that a review unit is a T45 without checking the device or its packaging.

Phone compatibility and calls
SOUYIE advertises T45 compatibility with iOS 9.0 or later and Android 5.0 or later, along with Bluetooth calling, reminders, and common utility functions. These are manufacturer claims; the listing does not independently establish call quality, notification reliability, or compatibility with a particular phone.
#1 Best Overall
- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Sports tracking
The product page lists eight sport modes: walking, running, cycling, skipping rope, badminton, basketball, football, and swimming. It says the watch tracks exercise duration, steps, mileage, and calories. The source provides no accuracy testing for those measurements, so treat them as advertised tracking features rather than verified results.
Health readings
The listing promotes heart-rate, blood-oxygen, blood-pressure, and sleep monitoring. SOUYIE explicitly says the readings are “reference only, not as an absolute standard for judging health.” They should not be treated as a diagnosis, medical-grade measurements, or a substitute for clinical care.

App setup depends on the model
SOUYIE says different watches use different apps and directs owners to the manual included with their product. A manual for the L1 tells owners of that model to download SMART-TIMEPRO; that instruction does not establish which app the T45 uses. Check the T45’s own packaging or manual rather than choosing an app based on another SOUYIE model.

When the T45 product page was accessed in 2026, it displayed a promotional price of $21.99. This was a manufacturer-store snapshot, not a guaranteed current price, an Amazon price, or confirmation of current availability. The page described a 30-day window to request a return if the item is intact and undamaged. Its warranty section directed customers to submit a claim through customer service but did not state a warranty duration.

What remains unverified
The available manufacturer pages describe features and terms, but they do not establish real-world battery life, measurement accuracy, independent durability, or comparative value. No hands-on test or controlled comparison with another smartwatch is documented here. For a buying decision, distinguish the T45’s advertised specifications from practical questions that require checking the exact unit or testing it yourself.
