Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 is Qualcomm’s 7-series smartphone platform announced on May 15, 2025. It has a 4 nm, eight-core CPU and supports features including Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and displays up to WQHD+ at 144 Hz. Benchmark scores reported by independent databases vary by phone and test version, so there is no single score that every Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 handset should achieve.

Qualcomm identifies the platform as part number SM7750-AB. Its published figures describe what the platform supports; phone makers determine which capabilities, components, and configurations appear in an individual device.

These are platform support limits, not a checklist of features guaranteed in every phone. For example, the chipset supports memory density up to 16 GB, but a manufacturer may sell a phone with a different RAM configuration. Similarly, a supported camera resolution does not establish what sensors or image-processing features a particular handset includes. What Qualcomm claims has improved
At launch, Qualcomm claimed that Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 delivers 27% higher CPU performance, 30% faster GPU graphics rendering, and 65% better AI performance than Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 benchmark scores
Third-party benchmark databases show different results because their figures reflect different devices, submissions, and test versions. The following are snapshots of the cited pages accessed October 7, 2026—not guaranteed results for a phone you buy.

Why the scores differ
A chip does not run in isolation: the handset’s cooling, power limits, software, and configuration can affect results. A score also depends on the benchmark version and the particular test record or sample being reported. That is why the Geekbench figures above should be read alongside their publisher and version, and why an AnTuTu score should not be treated as interchangeable with Geekbench or a graphics test.
How to make a useful comparison
- Compare the same benchmark version and score type, such as Geekbench 6 single-core against Geekbench 6 single-core.
- Check the tested phone model and RAM configuration when the source reports them.
- Keep CPU, graphics, and combined system scores separate; each answers a different performance question.
- For sustained gaming or heat, look for tests that disclose the phone, duration, settings, and conditions. The cited pages do not establish a controlled across-phone sustained-load ranking.
Which phones use Snapdragon 7 Gen 4?
Independent listings include phones from HONOR, vivo, OPPO, realme, and Motorola. Examples named in the cited databases include HONOR 600, vivo V70 and V80, OPPO Reno 15, realme 16 Pro Plus, and Motorola Edge 70. Listings and regional variants can change, so confirm the exact model and current local availability before treating any example as a purchasable option.
When choosing among phones with this chip, compare the complete device: display, camera hardware, battery, RAM and storage configuration, software support, and price. The processor alone does not determine the overall experience.
