Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 leads the published benchmark comparison: 91mobiles reports higher AnTuTu and Geekbench scores than for the Dimensity 7300 Max. Treat the figures as indicative, not a controlled chip-only verdict—the page does not identify the test phones, benchmark versions, date, or conditions. MediaTek’s official specifications describe the standard Dimensity 7300, not a separately named 7300 Max, so confirm the exact chipset and configuration in any phone you are considering.
Which processor is faster?
On the results shown by 91mobiles, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 scores higher overall in AnTuTu and in both reported Geekbench categories. The Dimensity 7300 Max has higher listed memory and UX sub-scores in the AnTuTu breakdown. These are publisher-reported device tests, not a disclosed head-to-head laboratory comparison of chips: the page does not state the tested handset models, benchmark versions, test date, or conditions. Firmware, power settings, cooling, and other handset differences can affect results.
Use the scores to understand the direction of this particular comparison, not to predict the exact performance of every phone with either processor. Do not combine these numbers with results for another benchmark version or with tests of the standard Dimensity 7300.

What the specifications mean for everyday use
CPU performance
The listed Snapdragon configuration uses newer Cortex-A715 performance cores alongside Cortex-A510 efficiency cores; the listed Dimensity configuration uses Cortex-A78 and Cortex-A55 cores. Their peak clocks are not directly comparable as a measure of speed on their own. The published Geekbench figures favor Snapdragon in this test, but actual app responsiveness also depends on the phone’s software, memory, and thermal behavior.

Graphics and gaming
The comparison page identifies Adreno 720 for Snapdragon and Mali-G615 MC2 for the Dimensity 7300 Max. Its AnTuTu GPU result is higher for Snapdragon, but that single sub-score is not a sustained gaming test. It does not establish frame rates, graphics settings, heat, or performance after a long session. For gaming, look for tests of the exact phone model, especially sustained play and thermal behavior.

Connectivity, display, and camera
The vendor-listed cellular peak speeds—up to 5 Gbps for Snapdragon and up to 3.27 Gbps for the standard Dimensity 7300—are platform maxima, not expected download speeds. Real results depend on the carrier, network bands, coverage, modem implementation, and handset design. Likewise, support for a display resolution or refresh rate, camera sensor size, or video mode describes what a platform can support; it does not guarantee that a manufacturer uses those capabilities or produces better results.

The comparison supports a narrow conclusion about the published scores, not a whole-phone winner. Chipset names alone do not establish battery life, camera quality, display quality, software support, price, or gaming stability.
