There is no verified Siro-branded keyed door knob in the available product evidence. SIRO’s documented range is decorative furniture hardware and lighting, while the similarly named ASSA ABLOY CY106 Sirio is a separate keyed cylinder for doors. Treating either as a Siro keyed knob would misidentify the product and overstate its security.
The short answer
The claim that “Siro keyed door knobs” provide excellent security and stylish designs is not substantiated by the identified product pages. Why a furniture knob is not a keyed door knob
A furniture knob is normally a pull point fixed to a cabinet, drawer or other furnishing. Installing a decorative knob on a door may change the appearance, but it does not, by itself, create a controlled entry point. A real keyed door set needs an identified locking mechanism and documented compatibility with the door preparation. None of those elements is established for the cited SIRO fittings.

ASSA ABLOY describes CY106 Sirio as a key-and-axle cylinder for internal and external doors. A finish is mistaken for a security feature
Matte nickel describes surface appearance. It does not indicate resistance to picking, forced entry, corrosion testing or any other security outcome. No such security result is documented for the cited SIRO knob.
A component is mistaken for a complete lockset
A cylinder or key is only one part of a door’s hardware. The available CY106 Sirio description does not establish that a knob, latch and mounting hardware are included. Confirm the package contents and the existing lock body separately.
