To finish the X-ray puzzle in St. Amelia Medical Center, align the skull and chest separately, enter the matching settings, and scan each one. Collect both films, put them on the board beside the intercom, then choose the image requested by the game.
Reach the X-ray room
In the surgery room, enter pager number 7103 at the surgery exit to reach the X-ray room. Before scanning, read the X-Ray Dosage Table on the laptop beside the bed; walkthroughs identify it as the clue for the scan values. This sequence is in Part 3, Chapter 7, at St. Amelia Medical Center.
Scan the skull
- Turn on the X-ray computer. Zoom and move the camera until “Patient Skull – Aligned” appears at the top of the display.
- On the control panel, switch POWER on and set SITE to Skull, kV to 3, mA to 7, and Time to 1.
- Press the green button at the bottom right to take the scan.
Scan the chest
- Use the computer controls to move and zoom the view down to the chest until “Patient Chest – Aligned” appears.
- Set SITE to Chest, kV to 7, mA to 3, and Time to 1.2.
- Press the green button to take the scan.
Use the printed films
Pick up both printouts from the printer to the right of the computer. Place them on the board beside the intercom, then interact with whichever image the game requests. Choose the head or chest image that matches the prompt currently on screen; the guides do not identify one choice that applies to every game state.

If a scan will not register
- Check that the correct alignment message is visible before scanning.
- Confirm that SITE matches the body area shown as aligned.
- If the inputs still do not register, make sure you collected or inspected the associated clue first. A chapter walkthrough offers this as a troubleshooting suggestion, not as a confirmed fix for a specific bug.
