Colorlib presents Signup Form V13 as a free, responsive split-screen sign-up form template for adding to an application. One panel holds the registration form; the other can carry supporting copy or direct existing users to a login page. It is a starting point for a form’s presentation—not proof of a complete account-registration system.
What Signup Form V13 is—and what it is not
Colorlib describes V13 as “A full-blown, easy-to-use and responsive free split-screen sign up form to quickly add it to your application.” Its page offers a preview and download. The description establishes the intended layout and use, but does not document backend account creation, data handling, security, or integration requirements. Those capabilities should not be assumed from the template listing.
The page is dated March 8, 2021, while its details panel says “Released: 2025.” Colorlib does not explain the mismatch, so the latter should not be treated as a verified original release date. The “2026” in the queried title is not a verified release or publication date.
What the split-screen layout is for
The defining feature is a second panel alongside the sign-up form. According to Colorlib, that area can hold extra text or point users who already have accounts to a login page. This makes the template’s stated purpose clear: present registration and useful context, or a route to sign-in, together on one screen.
#1 Best Overall
The page does not establish that the layout adapts well to every screen size. Although Colorlib calls it responsive, test the downloaded version at the viewport sizes your application supports before relying on that behavior.
Preview, download, and license
Colorlib’s V13 page provides the preview and download, and lists the license as CC BY 3.0. Review the publisher’s page and the license terms before using or modifying the template. The word “free” does not establish permissions beyond those stated by the license.

What to check before using it in an application
Review the template in the context of your own registration flow. The Colorlib listing does not establish its markup, scripts, framework, field labels, validation behavior, keyboard usability, or mobile rendering.

- Registration and integration: Confirm that your application handles account creation, data processing, and any required security controls. A form interface alone does not demonstrate these functions.
- Fields and errors: Make every field’s purpose clear, and ensure automatically detected input errors are identified and described in text. WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 3.3.2 addresses labels or instructions for user input; Success Criterion 3.3.1 addresses identifying input errors and describing them in text. These are useful review criteria, not evidence that V13 conforms.
- Responsive behavior: Check the form and the second panel at the screen sizes relevant to your users, including how the content behaves when space is limited.
- License: Check the CC BY 3.0 terms on the publisher’s page and follow the applicable requirements for your use.
