Loading: flexible tray and fold-down tines
Hisense says the upper cutlery tray can slide partly over itself or be removed to create more clearance for larger dishes on the rack below. The lower basket has fold-down tines. That flexibility may help with mixed loads, but capacity is only useful if the rack geometry suits your everyday plates, cookware and utensils. Before buying, compare your largest dinner plates and frequently washed items with the rack layout, and check that the upper tray does not obstruct tall items you need to load beneath it. Programs, drying and controls
The listed programs and functions include Auto Wash, Hygiene Wash, Quick Wash, Eco Wash, Zone Wash and Dry+, along with start delay, power-off memory, touch controls and child lock. Hisense describes Auto Wash as using a sensor to adjust time and temperature according to load and soil level. Dry+ raises the temperature during the final rinse to assist drying. Those explanations describe the manufacturer’s intended features; this review did not test their results.

Quick Wash is not the same as a full-load cycle
Hisense says Quick Wash takes 30 minutes for lightly soiled dishes. That short duration should not be read as evidence that it will handle a heavily soiled or full mixed load as well as a longer program. The Eco program is listed at 183 minutes, or just over three hours, so buyers who expect a fast everyday cycle should factor in the difference between a light-load quick program and the published Eco duration.

How owner feedback differs by platform

- Measure the installation space: Allow for the listed 845 mm height, 598 mm width and 600 mm depth, then confirm your cabinetry, plumbing and door clearance suit a freestanding unit.
- Test the rack arrangement against your dishes: The removable, partly sliding cutlery tray and fold-down lower tines are the central loading features. Check actual plate diameter, tall glasses and cookware needs against the rack layout.
- Decide whether the cycle length fits your routine: The Eco program is listed at 183 minutes; Quick Wash is described for lightly soiled dishes and takes 30 minutes.
- Compare resource figures on the same basis: The published 12.7 L/cycle and 0.737 kWh/cycle figures, annual comparative consumption and star ratings can help frame a comparison, but use equivalent figures and program assumptions for other models.
- Check noise in context: Hisense lists 49 dB. Compare that label with other models’ published ratings, while recognizing that no independent noise measurement is available here.
