- Check the graphics processor and VRAM. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc, select Performance, then choose GPU. Record the GPU model and dedicated memory. The minimum examples have 2 GB; the recommended GTX 1060 example has 6 GB.
- Verify DirectX. Press Windows key+R, enter
dxdiag, and press Enter. The System tab reports the DirectX version; the Display tab identifies the GPU and driver details. - Measure free storage. In File Explorer > This PC, check the drive where you plan to install the game. Keep at least the listed 2 GB minimum or 4 GB recommended free, plus additional room for the Steam installation process and future updates.
- Confirm audio hardware. In dxdiag, open the Sound tabs and make sure Windows detects a working DirectX-compatible audio device.
If a component falls between the two tiers, record the mismatch rather than assuming it will be harmless. For example, 16 GB of RAM paired with a below-minimum GPU does not meet the minimum graphics requirement.

Is a console version coming?
