To share an ongoing schedule from Samsung Calendar, sign in to your Samsung account, then open Menu > Settings > Manage calendars > Create shared calendar. Name the calendar, invite people using the options available on your device, and save new events to that shared calendar. To send just one event, use Calendar’s event-sharing option instead.
Create a shared calendar in Samsung Calendar
- Open the Calendar app and tap Menu. Depending on the version, the control may be labeled More.
- Tap Settings, then Manage calendars.
- In the Samsung account section, tap Create shared calendar. Samsung requires the calendar creator to be signed in to a Samsung account. (Samsung India; Samsung UK)
- Enter a calendar name. Choose a color if that option appears, then tap Create.
- On the invitation screen, choose the available way to add people. Samsung documents options that can include selecting contacts, entering Samsung accounts, or sharing an invitation link. Tap Invite and confirm if prompted. The options can differ by device or software version.
Samsung India describes a shareable link as a way to invite “anyone to join,” but its instructions do not establish whether every recipient can join without a Samsung account. Check the invitation screen and the recipient requirements shown for your device rather than assuming the link works for all accounts or regions.
Save events to the shared calendar
Creating the shared calendar does not automatically place every event on it. When adding an event, open the calendar selector, choose the shared calendar, and save. Only events saved to that calendar are visible there to people who have access. (Samsung UK)

Share a single event instead
If you do not need ongoing shared access, Samsung’s Singapore instructions describe this route: long-press the event, tap Share, then choose to send it as a calendar file or text. Menu labels and availability may vary by model and software version. (Samsung Singapore)

Sync Google Calendar with Samsung Calendar carefully
To use a Google calendar in Samsung Calendar, make sure Calendar is enabled in your Google account’s sync settings, sync the account, and choose the Google account calendar when saving an event in Samsung Calendar. Samsung warns that incorrect sync configuration can delete events stored on the phone or in the Google account. Do not treat enabling sync as a guaranteed, safe merge of all calendars; check which account and calendar are selected before saving or changing sync settings. (Samsung India)

If the shared-calendar option is missing
- Confirm that you are signed in to a Samsung account; Samsung specifies this as a requirement for creating a shared calendar.
- Look under Menu or More > Settings > Manage calendars. Samsung notes that screens and menu names can vary by device model and software version.
- If the option still does not appear, consult Samsung’s instructions for your model and region; the documented paths do not establish that every Galaxy device or software version offers identical controls. (Samsung India; Samsung Singapore)
