A Seven Knights Re:BIRTH hero selector does not have one universal roster, menu, usage limit, or expiry rule. Eligibility is tied to the exact selector or ticket name, the event or reward that issued it, and the pool shown in its in-game details. Netmarble’s dated notices demonstrate that pools change: Hayeon was added to named selector categories in the September 2, 2026 update, while Kyrielle was added to specified categories in an October 29, 2025 notice.
To use a selector safely, open the item’s details first, confirm the listed heroes and any deadline, then follow the claim instructions for the event that awarded it. Some rewards are collected automatically or delivered to the mailbox, so there is no single claim screen that applies to every selector.
The short answer
- Which heroes can you choose? The pool belongs to the exact selector or ticket category. Read the item’s displayed list; do not infer eligibility from the word “selector” alone.
- Can a selector include a new hero? Only when a Netmarble update explicitly adds that hero to the relevant category. An addition to one list is not proof that every selector contains the hero.
- Where do you claim it? Use the event screen, mission, notice, or mailbox flow named by the reward source. The Adventurer’s Guide route is an example for that feature, not a universal selector menu.
- How many times can it be used, and when does it expire? The official notices reviewed do not establish universal numbers or dates for all selectors. The item description and its source event control those conditions.
These distinctions matter because public notices cannot reveal the contents of an individual account. If a reward is absent, locked, or missing a claim button, only the account’s current item details, event status, mailbox, and inventory can establish what is actually available.

Seven Knights Re:BIRTH uses several similarly named rewards: hero tickets, legendary selectors, rare–legendary tickets, and numbered variants. They are separate categories, so a hero added to one category may not appear in another. The practical starting point is the full printed name in your inventory or mailbox, including a suffix such as “II” or “III.”

Netmarble describes additions in category-specific language. The September 2, 2026 update says, “The following [Legendary] Heroes will be added to the following Selector and Ticket list.” That wording identifies the lists affected by the update; it does not create a single roster shared by every ticket. Hayeon example from September 2, 2026
That notice names Hayeon as an addition to these categories:

This is a dated example, not a complete current roster. A selector with a different name might have a different pool, and later updates can change the contents again.
Kyrielle example from October 29, 2025
An earlier October 29, 2025 update notice records Kyrielle being added to specified selector and ticket categories. Because the notice is tied to particular lists, it demonstrates that pools evolve by item type and update date. It should not be used as proof that an unspecified selector in your inventory contains Kyrielle today.

How to verify the pool before selecting a hero
Use the item itself as the authority for a pending choice. Follow this sequence before confirming a selection:
- Locate the reward. Check the inventory section where selector items are stored and the mailbox if the reward came from an event, mission, or login campaign.
- Open item details. Tap the selector or ticket rather than relying on its icon or a community list. Record the exact name, numeral suffix, rarity wording, and any displayed restrictions.
- Read the eligible-hero list. The names shown in the item window are the actionable pool for that account and item. If a desired hero is absent, do not spend the selector expecting a later update to add it.
- Check timing information. Look for an expiry date, event period, claim period, or other condition in the item description and the notice that granted it.
- Match the reward to its source. Open the relevant event, mission, or update notice and compare its instructions with the item’s current state. A selector awarded by one event can have a different claim flow from a ticket obtained elsewhere.
- Confirm only after reviewing the result. Selection is the point at which the displayed pool and any account requirements matter; do not assume that a similarly named ticket will offer the same choices.
If the in-game description and a historical notice appear different, treat the current in-game display as the immediate evidence for your item and use the newer event notice to understand timing or changes.
Where a hero selector is claimed
Event-issued selectors
For a selector earned through a limited-time event, start on that event’s screen. The event panel may contain a Claim button, a progress track, a mission tab, or instructions to retrieve the reward from the mailbox. There is no evidence of one permanent “Hero Selector” menu shared by all events, so sending every player to the same lobby path can be misleading.

The Adventurer’s Guide route is feature-specific
The September 2026 update documents two ways to open the Adventurer’s Guide: Lobby → Missions or the Adventurer’s Guide icon in the lobby. That route applies to rewards and tasks handled by the guide. It is not a general-purpose selector inventory or a substitute for the event instructions that accompanied your ticket. Details are included in the September 2, 2026 update notice.

Automatic collection and mailbox delivery
Some reward flows do not require a manual claim. The same update states that ongoing check-in rewards are collected when you log in. If there is not enough inventory space, the reward may be sent to the mailbox instead. That behavior is documented for the specified check-in rewards; it should not be generalized to every selector or ticket.
Expired events and claim periods
Event completion and reward collection can be separate conditions. The September notice describes a claim-period condition for rewards from expired events. If an event has ended, look for a remaining claim window or mailbox delivery rather than assuming the reward vanished immediately. If no period or entitlement is visible in-game, public notices cannot confirm whether your account still qualifies.
Limits, use counts, and expiration
Players often ask whether a selector permits one choice, can be reused, or expires on a standard schedule. The official notices reviewed do not define a universal answer for every selector. They are update announcements for named rewards, not a global rulebook.

Do not treat a missing deadline as proof that an item never expires. It means only that the reviewed public notice does not establish a deadline for that item. Conversely, do not assume an event end date instantly invalidates a reward when the notice provides a separate claim period.

Why you cannot claim or select a hero
Use the symptom to narrow the cause instead of trying random menus:
The reward is not visible
Check both the relevant inventory category and the mailbox. Automatic delivery rules can place rewards in the mailbox when inventory capacity is insufficient. Also verify that the event actually marked its reward as earned; a progress display is not necessarily the same as a delivered item.
The desired hero is missing from the list
Recheck the full selector name, including “II” or “III,” and read the item’s displayed pool. Compare it with the dated notice for that category. Hayeon’s inclusion in the seven lists named in September 2026 does not imply inclusion in every other selector, just as Kyrielle’s October 2025 addition applied to specified categories.

Return to the event or mission that issued the reward and inspect its period and completion condition. Some rewards are collected automatically, and some are routed to the mailbox, so a missing button can be normal for that reward flow. The Adventurer’s Guide icon is relevant only when the reward belongs to that feature.

The event has ended
Look for a stated claim period or mailbox message. If neither appears, the public notices cannot determine your account’s remaining entitlement. The decisive evidence is the current event panel, item text, and account reward state.
The item appears to be owned but cannot be used
Open its details and inspect any restriction, date, or account condition. Public update pages do not expose individual inventories, prior usage, or whether another character already claimed the reward, so those facts must be checked on the affected account.
How to compare two selectors
When choosing between rewards, compare the items themselves rather than their marketing names. The following fields provide a reliable side-by-side record:

The official notices do not guarantee that every item exposes all five fields in the same location. Record what the game displays, then use the source event’s notice to fill in timing or delivery details.
Keeping selector information current
Hero pools are volatile because update notices add characters to named categories. For a current decision, prioritize the latest notice that mentions your exact selector or ticket, then verify the in-game list immediately before use. Historical examples are useful for understanding how pools change, but they are not a substitute for the item currently on your account.
The official PC Version page describes digital installation and play, while the Google Play listing describes Seven Knights Re:BIRTH as a free-to-play collectible RPG. Those pages provide platform context; they do not publish a universal selector roster or claim procedure.
A safe decision process
- Identify the exact selector or ticket name.
- Open its current in-game details and read the eligible-hero list.
- Check for an expiry date, event period, or claim-period condition.
- Find the event, mission, or notice that awarded it.
- Follow that source’s collection route, including mailbox instructions where applicable.
- Confirm inventory space and account requirements.
- Only then select a hero shown in the item’s pool.
This process avoids the two most common errors: assuming that every selector shares one roster and searching for a universal claim button that the reward does not use.
