No—Samsung’s TU7000 specification sheet does not list Ambient Mode, so Samsung’s published documentation does not establish that the feature is available on this TV. There is no documented TU7000 menu path for turning it on. The model is instead described as a Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV with picture, gaming, and Tizen smart-TV features.
Does the Samsung TU7000 have Ambient Mode?
Samsung’s TU7000 specification sheet does not include Ambient Mode in its advertised features. The careful answer is that Ambient Mode is not documented as available on the TU7000. The sheet does not explicitly say the feature is unavailable, but it does not support instructions for enabling it either.
Accordingly, do not rely on a supposed settings path or expect a software update to add Ambient Mode: the cited Samsung materials establish neither. If your TV’s menus or documentation appear different, check the complete model number and use the manual for that exact model and region.

How to check the manual for your exact TU7000
TU7000 model numbers vary by screen size and region, so the full model number matters when checking features, accessories, or connections. Samsung’s Canadian product page for the 60-inch TU7000 lists manuals and e-Manual downloads; its English e-Manual is version 2.5.0, dated November 6, 2024.

What to check before buying accessories
The cited US specification sheet covers TU7000 sizes from 43 to 85 inches and notes that VESA mounting patterns vary by model. Before purchasing a replacement remote or wall mount, match the accessory to the TV’s complete model number and screen size; for a wall mount, confirm the VESA pattern for that specific unit in its documentation.

Choosing a TV if Ambient Mode matters
If Ambient Mode is a deciding feature, verify that Samsung explicitly lists it for the exact model and regional variant you are considering. The TU7000 specification sheet does not document it, so its listed 4K picture and Tizen features should not be treated as confirmation of Ambient Mode support.
