If by “Samsung hidden menu” you mean a TV service menu, there is no verified access code or button sequence established for every Samsung TV. The service menu is separate from normal settings, and undocumented changes can cause problems. Start with Samsung’s supported diagnostics instead, and check guidance for your exact model before attempting anything.
First, identify which Samsung device you mean
“Hidden menu” can refer to different features on Samsung TVs and Galaxy phones. This guide focuses on the TV service menu, not phone diagnostics. Do not assume a TV procedure applies to a phone, or that a procedure for one TV works on another. Check your TV’s full model code and the documentation for that model.
Is there a universal Samsung TV service-menu code?
No universal access sequence is established by the available official guidance. A Samsung Community discussion describes remote-button sequences, but it does not verify a method that works across Samsung TV models. For that reason, this guide does not present a sequence as a guaranteed way to open the menu. Samsung’s official support material instead explains supported diagnostics in the TV’s ordinary interface.

The service menu is distinct from the normal settings and self-diagnosis tools intended for users. Samsung Community moderator guidance warns that changing service-menu settings may produce unfavorable results. Avoid altering undocumented options; if a qualified technician or official, model-specific instruction has not told you what to change, contact Samsung support rather than experimenting. The warning concerns changing settings; it does not establish that merely attempting access automatically voids a warranty.

Use Samsung’s supported TV diagnostics first
Self Diagnosis
Samsung Canada describes Self Diagnosis tools for Samsung Smart TVs and Smart Monitors from 2022 onward. Availability and menu paths can differ by model and software. Open your TV’s support or settings menus and consult the model-specific instructions for the exact path and available tests. See Samsung Canada’s Self Diagnosis guide.
Device Care
Samsung Philippines describes Device Care as a feature for checking TV status and diagnostics. Its presence and exact interface are not guaranteed on every model or software version. Refer to Samsung Philippines’ Device Care instructions and your TV’s own menus.

Picture test
For a picture problem, Samsung Korea’s support guide explains how to run a picture test through the TV’s regular settings. If the symptom does not appear during the test, the guide recommends checking the antenna and connections to external devices. - Record the TV’s model code, software version, and serial number. Samsung says you may be prompted to provide these details when a diagnostic identifies a problem.
- Contact Samsung support with the diagnostic result and those device details, or arrange qualified TV repair if support recommends it.
- Do not try to correct the issue by changing undocumented service-menu settings unless a qualified technician or official model-specific guidance directs you to do so.
