Choose the Galaxy S25 if size and weight matter most
Samsung lists the S25 at 162g and gives its display dimensions as 15.64 cm measured as a full rectangle, or 15.23 cm with rounded corners. That makes it the clearly documented compact option here. The cited specifications do not establish the iQOO 13’s weight, so a precise weight comparison is not possible from these figures.
Choose the iQOO 13 if screen resolution and refresh rate lead your checklist
iQOO advertises a 2K display with a maximum 144Hz refresh rate. Samsung lists the S25’s 2340 × 1080 FHD+ display at up to 120Hz. On the stated specifications, the iQOO offers higher resolution and a higher maximum refresh rate. These figures do not, by themselves, establish which display looks better in everyday use; brightness, color accuracy, and viewing conditions are not compared here.

Do not pick a camera winner from megapixels alone
Samsung lists three rear cameras—50MP, 10MP, and 12MP—with optical 3× zoom and OIS. The cited iQOO product information does not provide enough camera detail for a balanced hardware comparison. Nor do these specifications establish which phone takes better photos or video; that requires comparable image-quality testing.
Consider the iQOO’s stated battery capacity, not assumed battery life
iQOO lists a 6000mAh battery. That is a capacity figure, not a runtime result. The cited information does not provide comparable measured endurance for both phones, so it cannot show how many hours either lasts in the same conditions.

Processor names do not settle sustained performance
iQOO identifies the Snapdragon 8 Elite platform. The information cited here does not give a comparable Galaxy S25 processor entry or side-by-side workload results. It therefore does not establish which phone is faster in benchmarks, gaming, or sustained heavy use, or how either handles heat over time.
What is the price difference in India?
On the India store pages observed within weeks before October 7, 2026, Samsung listed the 256GB Galaxy S25 at ₹84,999 against an MRP of ₹94,999. iQOO listed its 12GB + 256GB iQOO 13 at ₹61,999. The difference between those listed prices is ₹23,000, but treat it as a snapshot rather than a guaranteed like-for-like saving: the retailer pages were not checked at the same moment, and offers, stock, and configuration details can change.

At 512GB, Samsung listed the S25 at ₹104,999 (MRP ₹114,999), while iQOO listed the 16GB + 512GB iQOO 13 at ₹66,999. The listed-price difference is ₹38,000. The iQOO configuration also lists more RAM, so this is a storage-tier comparison, not an identical memory configuration.
Samsung’s India launch announcement in 2025 gave launch prices of ₹80,999 for the 12GB + 256GB S25 and ₹92,999 for the 12GB + 512GB model. Those historical launch prices are separate from the later purchase-page listings above; they should not be read as current prices.
