The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE gives you a larger 6.7-inch display, while the vivo X300 FE is shorter and narrower, with a higher-resolution 6.31-inch screen and larger listed battery capacity. In India, a comparison page updated September 21, 2026 listed the vivo ₹30,000 above the Samsung; a vivo store listing observed October 7 showed a different, higher price for a specific configuration. Those are snapshots, not guaranteed current prices.

These are manufacturer-listed specifications, not independent tests. A larger megapixel figure or battery capacity alone does not establish better camera results or longer real-world battery life.
Which is smaller, and which screen is sharper?
The vivo X300 FE is the more compact phone by height and width: its India-listed dimensions are 150.83 × 71.76 mm, compared with 161.3 × 76.6 mm for the Samsung. The phones are nearly the same weight—191g for vivo and 190g for Samsung—while Samsung is thinner at 7.4 mm versus 7.99 mm.

The vivo’s 6.31-inch panel is smaller but lists a resolution of 2640 × 1216, compared with Samsung’s FHD+ specification. Both list a 120Hz refresh rate. The resolution figures do not, by themselves, settle which screen looks better, and peak-brightness marketing figures are not a comparable brightness test.

How do the cameras differ?
Samsung specifies a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide, and an 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. vivo lists a 50MP main camera, an 8MP wide-angle camera, and a 50MP telephoto. Both manufacturers specify optical image stabilization for the main and telephoto cameras.
On paper, vivo gives its telephoto camera more resolution, while Samsung specifies a higher-resolution ultrawide. Their front cameras are listed at 50MP with autofocus for vivo and 12MP for Samsung. These specifications do not establish which phone takes better photos, records better video, or produces better selfies; no comparable photo samples or testing are available here.
Does the vivo have better battery life or charging?
vivo lists a 6,500 mAh typical battery capacity and a 6,350 mAh rated capacity. Samsung lists 4,900 mAh typical and 4,755 mAh rated. Those capacity figures favor vivo on paper, but capacity is not a standardized endurance result: no comparable battery-life test for these two phones is available.

What is the price difference in India?
Prices differ by source and listing context, so the figures below should not be treated as a like-for-like live offer:

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE if you want the larger 6.7-inch screen, a specified 3x optical telephoto camera, or Samsung’s listed Exynos 2400 and Android 16 with One UI 8 configuration.
- Consider the vivo X300 FE if you prefer a shorter, narrower phone, want the higher listed screen resolution, or value its larger stated battery capacity and higher charging ratings. Treat those battery and charging figures as specifications, not proof of longer endurance or faster results in every situation.
- Compare the exact local variant before buying if price is decisive: the cited India prices vary by source and configuration, and the vivo listing observed was for 12GB+256GB.
Neither the listed camera resolutions nor the battery capacities establish an overall winner. The right choice turns on screen size, body dimensions, feature priorities, and the current price of the specific variant in your market.
