The Samsung Galaxy M36 5G is the stronger fit if you want a Super AMOLED display and a longer published software-support commitment. The Moto G67 Power 5G is the battery-focused option, with a larger listed capacity and higher charging capability. Neither is a clear value winner without checking the same RAM and storage configuration at current checkout prices.

Samsung’s June 30, 2025 India launch announcement gives its features, support commitment, and launch prices. Motorola’s India support specifications page lists the G67 Power’s features and notes that specifications may vary by market; check the precise India retail configuration.
Which display and performance features matter?
Super AMOLED versus LCD
Both phones are listed with a 6.7-inch FHD+ display and a 120Hz refresh rate, but the panel technology differs. The M36 uses Super AMOLED, while the G67 Power uses LCD. If AMOLED is a priority, that is the clearest display distinction. Motorola separately lists HDR10+ support and Gorilla Glass 7i protection; those features do not change the panel type.
Chipsets are not a speed test
The M36 has Samsung’s Exynos 1380, while the G67 Power has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 2. The published process sizes and specifications do not establish which phone performs better in everyday use, gaming, or sustained workloads. No controlled head-to-head benchmark is available here, so choose based on the features and price you can verify rather than assuming a performance winner from the chipset names alone.

Battery, charging, and cameras
Battery and charging
Motorola lists a 7,000mAh battery and 30W charging capability; Samsung lists 5,000mAh and 25W fast-charging support. Those figures give the G67 Power the larger stated capacity and higher charging capability, but capacity alone does not predict how long a phone lasts between charges. Screen use, network conditions, software, and other factors affect real-world endurance.
Camera features
Samsung specifies a 50MP OIS triple rear-camera system and says the M36 records 4K video with both its front and rear cameras. Motorola identifies a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 32MP front camera; it lists UHD rear capture and UHD/FHD front capture at 30fps. The higher listed selfie resolution on Motorola’s phone does not by itself prove better-looking selfies, and these feature lists are not a substitute for a controlled camera comparison.

Software support: Samsung publishes the longer commitment
Samsung’s June 2025 announcement promises six generations of Android upgrades and six years of security updates for the Galaxy M36 5G. Motorola’s support page lists one OS upgrade and three years of security maintenance releases for the Moto G67 Power. These are manufacturer-published commitments, not independently measured outcomes. If support duration is important, verify the policy applicable to the exact regional model before buying.

A 91mobiles comparison page displayed Amazon price snapshots of ₹21,999 for the Galaxy M36 and ₹23,740 for the Moto G67 Power—a ₹1,741 difference, with the Moto shown higher. These are volatile, variant-sensitive observations, not guaranteed live prices. The comparison page does not establish that the displayed configurations match, so treat the gap as a snapshot rather than a reliable like-for-like premium. See the 91mobiles comparison page and confirm the listings yourself.
Before deciding on value, compare the same RAM and storage capacity, seller, applicable bank offer, and delivery location at checkout. A difference between launch pricing and a later marketplace snapshot does not show which phone is cheaper today.

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the Galaxy M36 5G if you prefer a Super AMOLED display or place more weight on Samsung’s longer published Android and security-support commitment.
- Consider the Moto G67 Power 5G if the larger listed battery capacity and 30W charging capability are more important to you.
- Compare both at checkout if value is the deciding factor. Use the same RAM/storage configuration and account for seller, bank discounts, and delivery location.
These are specification-based trade-offs, not a universal verdict on speed, camera quality, or battery life. Your best choice depends on current variant pricing and which features matter most.
